Some might say the Michelin comity drove him to suicide by deliberately fucking w/him when they took his 3rd star away. I don't remember the details, but I heard something about a personal vendetta being involved. I saw an interview w/his widow and it broke my heart

Splendide et simple. Les choix de Bernard Loiseau surprennent, mais toujours par leur évidence ! Amazingly simple. Surprisingly obvious!

The meat they trimmed on the edges are my favorite parts of the fish. Very meaty texture. Honestly that would be more delicious served whole bone in. But i know they cant serve bones on michelin restos.

Hard to believe he killed himself over a stupid WORTHLESS Michelin star. Like restaurants that don’t have that status are inferior? Doubt it. I can’t believe “food critic” is a real job.

This video was perfect, until the narrator interrupted with her meaningless words. She had to tell everyone that the fish was being flipped, as everyone, with sight, can obviously see. Awesome video, but I wish her voice could be edited out.
