Ang ganda ng bahay but the owners decided to sell it. Maybe it has to do with the Taal Volcano being very active. Sayang. Obvious sa design ng bahay na pinag-isipan talaga nila at hnd binarat sa gastos. I wonder if 78 million is enough para sa nagastos nila sa pagpapagawa pa lang ng house.

I just wish she'd say full bathroom instead of toilet and bath. Also, OVEN is pronounced with a SHORT "O" "like uh-ven" And not "OW-VEN" 🤣
