Feel like the well in the stairs is kinda unnecessary other than letting light down, though honestly there are plenty of windows for it regardless. The well could easily be covered for more space, including somewhat isolating the dining/living space a bit better from the stairs. Can't make changes, but just a small gripe.

Tanging master bathroom lang ang naka bukod sa closet na pede mo lagyan ng glass door para iwas moisture sa cabinets and clothes the rest ng rooms eh kasama ang t&b. Pag ang p-trap sa floor drain ay walang tubig ,hihigupin ang amoy ng exhaust fan.

It is a pleasant property but, dislike the floor layout design, particularly the idea of integrating the closets inside the bathrooms due to moist effects. The only thing I liked about the bathrooms is the under-mounted sinks that are easy to clean and maintain, and not the vessel type.

kapag na interior decorate na yan hindi na magiging bare yang wall. lalagyan yan ng console tatble and mirror or paintings.

It is located in Sta. Rosa Laguna, a premier Ayala property. You will seldom find a small cut of lot in this subdivision. This subdivision is huge.

Lol. It is under construction still! That part of the area that you're referring is part of what construction worker area. This community is very luxurious community so I don't think so right what you're thinking. I mean c'mon you can think better than that! Hahaha

The house is big for sure but the layout is bad. The materials are not that great eiher. Why would I want my wardrobe closet inside the bathroom?? The architect must have forgotten the bathrooms generate MOISTURE!!!! In my humble opinion, the house is NOT IMPRESSIVE at all.
