I think it would be better if you directed your camera to showcase the entire hous, including each area, rather than primarily focusing on the host. By doing so, viewers will have a better understanding of the layout and features of the house. By the way, the house looks grand and magnificent and is certainly one of the best I have seen here.❤

how could you understand the video if theres no host talking about the property if thats the case your just focusing on the visual aspect of it with out understanding everything lets admit it a house tour with out a host is boring this is one on the best presentation with details nice host too

5 burner stoves will definitely charcoal the beautiful ceiling place in the middle of the house without the thoughtfulness of putting an exhaust ventilation. Overall the house is satisfactory.

Great presentation. Straightforward and lively. Unlike others. Others are straightforward too, but boring. Big property. Suitable for someone looking for a vacation house aside from a city property. A couple of tweaks on some main areas, tho. But all is good. I dont know why people are so critical about why Princess is not showing the view YET. I had to Google these cities I've never heard of to find out. It's near Manila. So yeah, you should always put the country and the main city you're close to😅

Sorry, foreigners are only allowed to own condo not to own house and lot, unless you have a filipino citizen wife.

Such a big house with many bedrooms but not practical shared bathroom.

Beautiful home, but the video looks blurry. 😅

The camera work in this video is a bit spotty but from what I saw there's no hood vent in the show and dirty kitchen. If so then that's totally nuts as they're using gas stoves. As for the bedrooms I'm surprised they all looked pretty tight. I can understand if this is a condo but for a house this nice they should have just had less but larger rooms

cozy, but there are too much stuff in there. Even the bathroom for the masterbedroom had so much supplies.. not my style but still a beautiful house

Beautiful location but the property layout just seems to lack a “flow’ and seems confused. Also the finishing/snagging on some areas was very poor (especially if you can pick it up on a video).

the kitchen has no exhaust system for cooking he he he can't believe this house if you use the burner it will smell all over including living room

There is a ref, a small one though. She wasnt able to show it. its beside the microwave and oven. its hidden. the big ref I think is the one beside the maids' quarter, which is near the utility kitchen. she did point it out though. Im not sure why there's no hood, but I guess its more of aesthetics and the fact that with a Poliform kitchen, its best not to do any smelly cooking there. 😅

As much i love the house..it has no range hood ...cant afford it but it should have one...maybe the presentor did not or forgot to show it..

Great place, but not the highest point on the country...
