Bien is such a fun ,confident and competent presenter. I love how she were able to cover all the important details of the properties presented and just showing snippets of the minor details. You can feel that she's not rushing and very confident in all her explanations. You can sense that she thoroughly studied all the features of the house before prior to posting it for the viewers. what i like about miss bien is, she is so classy without trying so much, and yet she lets her flaws and funny side be shown after the presentation.. which other presentor's not gonna allow..

Great presentation, Bien! The size of the property might be overwhelming but it feels relaxing and tranquil like a resort. I don't know how much is this selling for but i believe the price is justified because this is an almost turnkey property in one of the best locations in the North.

It's massive but it's not gaudy. I also like the relatively smaller bedrooms because they're actually cozy and livable. Oftentimes, mansions like this have insanely huge bedrooms that just doesn't feel like a bedroom. I also like that there are many spaces intended for gathering and entertaining because honestly a house this big needs to be filled with the laughter and warmth of your family and friends.

Excellent production, wow, I'm kinda OCD so I notice the small things like when the cameraman accidentally appears in a mirror. This has no such mishaps.

Holy 🐄 Cow! This ain't a house, it's a condo. No, scratch that it's a Baguio resort transplanted......in Antipolo!!! 😉 It's so beautiful that the host,.... even sang!! 😂😂 But kidding aside, id commend the architect for the masterful execution of the owners vision. Like every space is well thought out, from the owners themselves to the guests and staffs. And oh, the artworks and the stunning views are an icing to this beaut cake. I wonder why they have to sell this one 🤔, course the upkeep understandably can.....be a pain. ₱500M? Gosh if I have that one and another ₱400M or so I'd have this house. 😉 Annnd 👍🏼👍🏼 for the prod team for capturing such beautifully built house. 💯

In the beginning this property posted, the price was PHP 123,456,789. Then later, they removed the price.

Kahit price drop po yan madalilang gayahin yong design po nyan maraming magagaling na gimagawa ng bahay kapag ginaya yan wala pa 50 m ang magagastos, at hindi naman yang brand new house malamang may mga damage na ang bahay dahil sa mga nagdaan na lindol tapos faultline pa dyan sa antipolo kahit 100 m yan mahirap mabinta kasi marami ng bahay na magagqn bago pa, bat ayaw nyong i post kung magkano. Unang una masyadong malaki ang maintainance nyan madaling mabasag ang mga salamin nyan mahal ang salamin at magpakabit.

Na-tour na rin ito ng AV Properties kahapon and i have to give them the best house tour of the week dahil very detailed ang tour nila, ung mga connections ng mga rooms to each pinakita nila kaya maiimagine mo na kahit hindi ka nakatira. Pareho nyong hindi pinakita ang front ng bahay maybe for privacy ng may-ari na din.
