Hi, I have 4 5.8kwh solax batteries on a 3 phase system. I am achieving a consistent 14kwh 'daily 'yield' when draining from 100% to 10%. Is this operating correctly? I was expecting around 20kwh (with inverter loses etc). I am told nothing is wrong by supplier and is working as it should.

Yeild with LPF batteries depends on a number of factors including operating temperature, cell compression, charging and discharging rate etc.

Can you explain the differences between only EPS Box and your Matebox? Are there any advantages in durability or robustness between them?

It is not the same thing, the matebox is juste a connection box with DC security in place, you set it up and connect the cable, it is just an easy way to connect everything. The EPS box is an electrical appliance that will switch automatically to battery power when the current is out.

Can one master battery be followed by more than four slave batteries?

With the EPS box yes, you'll have your important load connected to the battery and powered while the current is out and the onduler will not sent energy to the grid.

Hello I have a problem with my "Triple Power" storage system. It was installed 5 weeks ago, but unfortunately it does not work because the master and slave have different software versions. Unfortunately, neither my Solateur nor his supplier have yet been able to ensure that SolaX takes care of it. Is that Solax's company policy?
