Brilliant to produce a video that creates more questions than answers. What would it have been like to show the result to someone beforehand during production, before so many things were misrepresented.

I spoke to one of their techinician, they confirmed that, the smart meter will need to be installed after the house meter. It has to be between the house meter and Henley block if present.

yep the location is correct.

I have 15 kw grid tied inverter installed at my home. It doesn't show load and grid consumption option on the app. Please guide if there's any settings issue or what I need to do? Thanks .

The AC plug has screw clamps and you have tighten the flexible wires without ferrules. Do you think this is professional work?

At 1:50 you can see how cables from distribution box is being connected to Meter bottom (INPUT). And latter at 2:22 You can see that cables to distribution box is being connected to The plug that goes to Inverter. So its very confusing. When You connect Inverter at the bottom of Meter (INPUT) than Meter counts incoming electricity from a Grid as Exported. In this case Modbus might not work correctly. So this video by it self is very confusing and does not show how to connect Metter to Inverter, it only shows how to connect wires to plugs. :(

I have went from. Ac3 grid to top of meter. From bottom of meter to mcb in db. Is this correct its only giving out -20 - -40 w ? When charging it goes up to 8000w. Why is it discharging so low ?

Hi Sir, YES, we provide Meter+CT solutions; basically we only support the meter or CT authorized by FOX-ESS, we don't recommend the third-party meter/CT.

Nach Inbetriebnahme zeigt die FusionSolarApp einen Fehler: Die Batterie ist offline. Kann es sein, dass die Entfernung zum SmartMeter zu groß ist und daher eine Fehleranzeige kommt? After commissioning, the FusionSolarApp shows an error: The battery is offline. Can it be that the distance to the SmartMeter is too large and therefore an error display comes?

Die Datenverkabelung ist nur bis 100 Meter zuverlässig. Größere Strecken müssen per Glasfaser verkabelt werden und dann an beiden Enden einen Umsetzer installieren, der das Lichtsignal wieder in Stromsignale (RJ45-Stecker) umwandelt.

@@foxess5669 In the manual from the inverter H3-10.0E ist mention on page 23 you should take the PIN connection for RS485 - 1 for 485A and 2 for 485B in the video you say PIN connection 4 and 3 - so what is correct now ???????
