May I ask what is the minimum deliverable shot size is?

I worked in this field for several years. Only a cracked "check ring" will allow material to back-flow around the screw.

Hi Norman, thank you for your comment. The material backflow happened at the check ring is recognized by many injection molding machine makers. I think it is fair to say the managing the backflow amount and consistency is the technology of the conventional reciprocating screw system. kzread.info/dash/bejne/e6aDuNSefcrYndI.html This is one of example of controlling its backflow.

Hi Motorsports X, our magnesium machine, MG series are very different system from our plastic injection machines. You need MG machine for magnesium molding. Thanks.

Way back when technology was changing from plunger to screw machines, many plunger machines were retrofitted in this very method. Nothing new or revolutionary.

Ken Lemanski Do you know how they close the extruded? Do they really just push the screw forward so it seals the opening?

The machine is made for high performance materials such as PEEK, PSSU, LCP, etc. Yes, this machine is good for Acetal, PC, and TPU.

slow down there chief and use spell checker.... its like you put your words in a blender. About half of them are spelled incorrectly. hopefully you're doing better at English 2 years later.
