Would it not be better to just not cast anything and get the full 100% mana? i dont rly see the use of wrath spamming anymore. One interesting question would be, does the 3 set bonus proc on Efflorescence crits? if so Dreamstate with 3 set is HUGE!

If youre running stormrage spamming wrath doesn't cause your mp5 to reset so it's basically like your not casting spells at all

@@boomdaddyjomama2135 But your giving up your second best heal Efflorecense if you run Omen, makes no sense.

Even if there is no HoT on a target nourish is still more mana efficient than a healing touch.

Good stuff anyway you can link your tell me when set up I am struggling to set mine up to show everything that price etc and tutorial didn’t help

is there a build that doesnt require wrath of stormrage? I hate the wrath spam rotation

I would imagine just use Living Seed Rune and don't cast Wrath.

I mean if you are looking for an optimal restoration build then you have to deal with the wrath spam, if not then is suboptimal

Omen of Clarity > Efflorescence You can use Rank 1 Healing Touch to proc Omen (unless someone actually needs a heal then sure use a higher rank HT). There is a synergy between Fury of the Stormrage & Omen of Clarity. For some reason it's like 90% of the time I use any rank Healing Touch off of a FoS proc it gives me Omen of Clarity allowing me to then cast Wild Growth for 0 mana.

What I would change in the talents is remove the point from Swiftmend (yeah I know, real sad) and remove the point's out of Nature's Focus as you should never be casting those spells anyways. Throw them into the balance tree to pick up Omen of Clarity and don't forget it is a castable buff you need to keep on yourself like Mark of the Wild.

Efflorescence basically gives you a are wild growth and is stronger than ooc, mana is not as big an issue with resto vs balance, and your group healing ability in this phase is number 1

I didn't feel like I needed it in ST and you DEFINETLY don't need it for healing dungeons. You wouldn't want Effl in pvp either as people are constantly moving. It never felt like "oh no everyone's dying, if only I had more heals". Everyone got topped off in my raid quick enough without me running Effl (though we did have 4 healers). It's also just fun to have a full mana bar. I can do things like give innervate to others, and even throw in some Hurricanes on AoE trash packs. Idk I only tried Efflorescence in 1 dungeon run and hated not getting my free wild growths. I wasn't able to do as many hurricanes or throw in as much dps as I could have with Omen. I know doing damage as a healer isn't as imortaint but I like having the option.
