Hello dear friend
I am a Newly Qualified Social Worker still in my ASYE. I work in adult mental health in the UK.
This video is in response to the requests by people who want tips to pass the social work Assessed and Supported Year In Employment- ASYE. Many newly qualified social work roles are now tied to passing the ASYE to retain the jobs.
I made this video to help and it has covered the important aspects of my own social work ASYE experience.
If you have any question, please leave your comment on this video and then follow me on Instagram: Locsnchronicles. I am happy to help❤️
Please note, if you require in-depth guidance, I will try my best to answer your questions, but I apologise that I am unable to discuss every scenario in detail with individuals.

It’s really good to keep encouraging yourself that’s the best way to enjoy the job. I don’t know how it ran so fast just now you started. The Lord is your strength sis🥰

Wow social worker job sounds very intense and demanding. Good on you for keeping up & not quitting 👏👏 you are right it is extremely important to let your supervisors and colleagues know how you're feeling and ask for support. No your face doesn't look like America has invaded for oil 🤣. Nice of your colleague to give you feedback about your documentation and you taking the advice in a positive manner 🥰🥰❤❤❤❤
