Anthony prefers his figures with clothes off 👀

As a trilogy, it blasts out of the gate, sprints past all competition, then faceplants right before the finish line, technically crossing the line first but looking like a joke in doing so. In my opinion. That's my rating.

I know u probably don’t like Mezco but you should review the blade figure. Perfectly done cloth figure in my opinion

For me the trilogy is good overall, but not the definite take on the character or anything. I like Batman’s versatility and I feel like the Nolan version had an outsize influence that kinda narrowed the range of what Batman stories could be like.

I think from a filming stand point, the trilogy as a whole is really great. Absolutely has some flaws, some big some small, but it overall did a fantastic job at telling its story. I’m not much of a comic book person, and I assume a lot of what is in the film may be inaccurate, so I can understand why some take issue with it. Also, as much as I like TDKR, it also has a lot of flaws and I can understand how some find it to not be up to par with the other two. Overall, great trilogy to me, but can understand why it isn’t other people’s cup of tea

Watched this video cause I’m on the fence about getting this figure. Recently I’ve been in the market for Dark Knight trilogy figures ever since the re-releases of mafex Batman and Joker from dark Knight on BBTS. Is this catwoman figure worth the $100 price on BBTS or should I wait till the mafex or S.H Figuarts restock?

Hi , i am wondering if the head could be changed, cause j have a comic-version head but the seller said it was for mezco, but i dont like mezco style so i am thinking of changing the head of this soap-studio verison ? Have any of you guys tried to change the head to the mezco ones ? Thanks in advance.

It looks nice. Yes, I love all of the Dark Knight trilogy. Some of the films are weaker than the others, but so is the Godfather trilogy. It's got some exceptional performances in, it looks fantastic and the direction is excellent. It's not the comicbook excess of the Burton /Schumacher films, but in that respect, to me it feels like a good counterbalance

Isn't that blocky gun that weird sticky bomb gun that Batman used? I guess they are doing what MAFEX does, releasing certain accessories for OTHER characters with various figures, rope you into the whole line I guess? I don't remember her ever using that gun lol.

Thoughts on Joker (2019)?

I believe the “big gun” is an electro-magnetic pulse (EMP) rifle. The height though is off scale. Anne Hathaway is 5’8” + the 3 inch stilettos, the figure should be below the 6 inch mark. IMHO.

Figuarts Catwoman is below 6 inches and she looks so small.

I would have liked to hear your opinion on this vs. the price. I know that little cats suit ain't cheap to make, but $100 for this seems insane.

For me yes, the dark knight trilogy was great. Even bane was good to me.

The Dark Knight trilogy was a masterpiece

This issue with the Nolan trilogy is that the second film is such a high point that the other two films are kinda forgettable in retrospect. I think the other two films are good, but the TDK is just so much better than both of them.

Batman Begins is a good origins story, The Dark Knight is a good Batman Detective Movie and The Dark Knight Rises is kind of the middle road, you hated or you like it, but are Nolan's Movies at the end, and are the Best Movies from DC since Batman Returns, because what comes next pretty much are Bad to Awful to Mediocre, except Shazam, that was good. Sadly the Clothes affect the figure, but a 7 is good, and also, the company's have faith in her figures if they send them to Antonyscostums.

I always hate when people say "you either hate it or you love it" It's usually not accurate at all. I for example find Begins to be ok, Dark knight to be a great movie and Returns to be trash. Where do i fall? Do i love it or do i hate it? Is reality perhaps more nuanced than some summation that can literally be said for every piece of media ever?

I would rate the trilogy a 7/10

TDK is one of best movie trilogy ever. Commercially and critically great. I am amazed many toy company still released figures of this trilogy. Considering , their movie producers n crews didnt really care on selling toys.

Dark Knight -- love the first two, thought the third one started off really well before completely falling apart in the final third. Such a crap finish that it does diminish the trilogy a bit. This figure seems a bit off to me. Head has an odd shape and what seems like mediocre sculpting, her body lacks convincing curvature and seems a bit thick in the midsection. Can't imagine putting up $100 for a figure like this.

You're one of the more famous people who dislike the Nolan Trilogy, or were not a big fan of it. I personally loved the trilogy, but it is not my end all be all Batman trilogy. Batfleck was pretty cool, and could've been a better Batman/Bruce Wayne, but kind off fell short of Bale; love the suit though. Battinson gives me hope.

This is an expensive figure... I simply cannot afford it.. but it is a very good figure indeed... the Batman is even better in my opinion.

The trilogy was good. i dont like PG cheesey kid friendly disney marvel movies. There's nothing memorable about them except maybe the first captain america. The dark knight was solid from 1-3 with the best writing and actors in a hero movie I've seen soo far i Still go back and watch joker and bane scenes from time to time

Not a good comicbook film franchise but a great film franchise.

Nolan's trilogy was pretty decent. He could have leaned into the source material a lot more but back in 2005 or 2008 seeing a superhero movie discussed as legitimate potentially Oscar worthy cinema was mind blowing. I do think this upcoming Pattinson movie will be better.

The trilogy is the best considering super hero movies, imo.

I love the dark knight trilogy, the first two were absolutely amazing and the last was good in my opinion. They made Bane smart and realistic, therefore people hated him but he was great. Christian Bale definitely beats Ben Affleck as Batman. I know people don’t like his voice but in the original comics, they described Batman as having a deep raspy voice.

Bane always was and is a smart character. Bane actually has quite exceptional intelligence, at least in regards to the comics. It's odd when some things depict him as some brute, when in reality he both possesses the strength and the intelligence to be one of Batman's more deadly rivals.

The dark knight trilogy are the best batman movies.

Overall is was good but not great. Batman Begins was great. the Dark Knight could have done without the Harry Dent story line, because it felt forced in while it could have been something they started in one movie and worked into the next film to up the impact. The Dark Knight Returns just felt like Bane’s plan was way too complicated and there was plenty of time for a military strike on Gotham

I have to say, as a trilogy, it's meh. It didn't have a comicbook vibe, the aesthetic was too grounded and boring for a batman movie. I remember watching the second one (and it really doesn't have much going for it aside from Ledger's performance... and possibly Oldman, Freemam, Eckhart' and Caine) and at the beginning it had a birds eye shot of the skyline and it looked like a regular city, nothing more. Barton's and even Schumacher's Gothams looked like cities that could be named Gotham (Schumacher actually overdid it). And as a result, Batman and Joker looked out of place, like cosplayers outside of a convention hall. Also Batman was supposed to be super smart, but this Bruce was a bit of a dummy. Overall, I'd watch the first one cos i want to watch a Batman movie, the second one cos I'll just get drunk in the process and enjoy great performances from the actors I like and I'd rather watch Batman and Robin that the third one. And you know what both of these had in common? A complete failure to represent what Bane was. One was barely human, the other was a cuck. :D And before I go on to say something controversial and get rect in the comments, I have to say I LOVED LEDGER's performance. No, really, I did. But i think Nolan missed the mark (HAH, get it?!) on what the Joker is. He's not an anarchist, not a terrorist, he's supposed to be a madman, and Nolan's Joker wasn't, not really. And it's not because it's not Hammill's Joker (yes, my favourite, I'm basic). I actually prefer Phoenix's Joker more and he wasn't very much like the BTAS Joker either. It's that he didn't have a sociopolitical agenda what makes me like him, just a guy who had one too many bad days.

The Dark Knight trigoly will always be perfect.

Looks like a 1/18 scale figure. Not very good. The nolan movies are great, rises should have left bane as the main boss and not make him out as a glorified henchmen.

I think the mezco catwoman is a much better figure than this.

The Mezco is probably the best in its scale as a clothed figure (I don't own it tho, and joint problems bring the score down) but I was very impressed with the Play Arts Kai version of her back in the day. I would say that the trilogy is an overrated philosopy class. A lot of good and fancy quotes, but overall it's mediocre. Some parts are good and some aren't

all 3 together it's ok. obviously it's like the Raimi Spider-Man Trilogy. first film is corny. the best film is the 2nd movie. third they drop the ball.

The trilogy as a whole was not the great to me atleast. The dark knight is the only movie which i thought was very good the other two to me they were just meh.

The whole Nolan trilogy is overall pretty middling. I'd tentatively say it's between 5-6. But it's mainly because the last one was such a piece of trash. I'd say Begins is 7, Dark Knight is between 8 and 9 and Returns is 3-4.
