My ranking. 1 dark knight 2 dark knight rises 3 batman begins I actually really liked the 3rd movie.

Compared to the sh figuarts and the Mafex 3.0 ver this one easily looks the worst imo

I don’t even think it’s a opinion. It just looks bad. Bad cape, bad paint, weird ass long torso and bad proportions. I would call this figure the worst one of the bunch.

I like Dark Knight Rises. It has problems but for me it's still enjoyable to watch.

I don’t think that TDKR is that bad. I liked the ending and Bane was cool. I think the way it connected itself to the first movie was also good. But it’s my least favorite of the three by far.

I think the dark knight rises a great movie it’s not like the most loved one of the three like I personally pick up the dark knight if I want to watch a Batman movie but I really like how we see how Batman was outcasted because he was the hero and gave the people what they wanted in protecting the people from what dent actually was, bane and his men take over Gotham, Batman loosing to Bane, Batman rising up from his failure and becoming Batman again, the fighting at the end is cool, the talia and her past with bane then ending the movie with Batman “sacrificing” himself and getting his happy ending its a shame that they never did anything after with robin/ a new being set up.

Anthony actually has a his review for The Dark Knight Rises on this channel, stumbled upon in a couple of months ago while watching his early videos XD.

It was sad watching this video. I’m a fan but I feel like Anthony was saying good things about this figure because they sent it out to him. I have seen him rip apart good figures that has way less problems. This is a terrible figure all around. Look and all. Anthony is normally hella honest with most of his reviews and that is what make me a fan. This one you was being super nice about for whatever the reason might be.

@@AnthonysCustoms Not sure I agree here. Anthony was pretty much his normal review-self here. Some things he's a little more harsh on typically - I think the neck stands out as the most "what are you talking about" moment, but it could just be our angle vs his in person. Yes, if this were a marvel legend he would probably have torn it up a whole lot more. But they also do a lot of lazy things without excuses (like clothing to inhibit articulation). For the video: Says it looks good - explains it's for detail, describes as excellent Stumpy neck - describes as just barely stumpy maybe, but it looks really stumpy Hates the cape, nice but doesn't hang well. Doesn't like it All in all aesthetically pleasing - gives 9/10 . I'll assume he just really liked the outfit look, but since this is all his preference it's an acceptable rating. Gives accessories 8/10, because there's a lot despite the stand hinge being weak Limited in posing due to clothings, not really action figures - 2/10 Final verdict, 7/10 -- 8/10, 9/10, 2/10 = 19/30 = 63%; 7/10 = 70%. So he's pretty close on his final verdict if you were to average his other ratings (though he doesn't rate that way anyways, at least he's in line with his previous ratings of the figure for his overall)

I was just looking at this on bbts surprised because I'd never come across it and really digging it from the promo pictures and hell no does the figure come close to the promo pics, I thought anthony was gonna trash it but hey to each his own. That face looks like a bootleg, no wonder it's still available.

The dark knight begins (It is a superhero film that is very close to the comic Batman Year One.) The dark knight (Brilliant crime drama) The dark knight rises (Brilliant post apocalyptic war finale) The dark knight rises was definitely a good film, I got no idea why people don’t like it. No one excepted the third film to be as good as the dark knight because that’s IMPOSSIBLE but it’s still great (imo)

What’s your favorite 1/12 scale Dark Knight Batman mine is probably the SHF Batman. I would say mafex 3.0 is my favorite if I didn’t have the SHF figure and it wasn’t pretty expensive and the accessories like the folded version of the cap when he jumps off the tower in Hong Kong came with another figure.

Here you can see how biased is Anthony, just because they sent this fig to him you can see how less harsh he is, how you can let pass that neck and face? Sad

And here's my rankings for the TDK Trilogy: 1. The Dark Knight 2. Batman Begins 3. The Dark Knight Rises anyways, awesome review Anthony and keep up the great work

I love the third movie, it's my favorite with Begins and it closed the trilogy excellent. It frustrates me to hear or read some people speaking badly of this movie and only focusing on the ending of Bane, but in any case everyone with their taste and opinion... I enjoyed it and it is one of my favorites as I said. And that's all that matters to me The sad thing is that with Batman in the cinema we will never have the quality of Nolan again, maybe there will be some good movies but none will be like his. He collects and reviews storm collectibles so it's basically the mentality, Many of those figures are now 200+$ or close to it on the aftermarket now too.

I have 3 Mezco One:12 Collective figures: Captain Marvel, [MCU] Spider-Man [symbiote suit], and Aquaman [DCEU] and yes, I have to say that the figures are true to the 6 inch scale. DCEU Aquaman is 6 5/8 inches tall. Not too bad since Jason Mamoa is a TALL dude, so i give that a pass

I agree with you on dkr but it's still fun but nowhere near the first two movies i kinda wish we got a nolan batman movie today since tenet was a master piece some people might disagree with me but i loved tenet

I think they succeded as far as making a batman movie without the joker and that wasn't an origin story however making bane work is a tall order I still think they coild have gone closer to the knightfall story

Bane was def not a simp he used strategy and a easy too put together plan, i didnt like how they make alfred like a worried mother when hes a badass everywhere else, or how little bane was thats my only gripe with the character

Honestly I don't like banes costume design and the whole relationship aspect with Talia. Other than that as weird as it is I do enjoy his voice and he is very menacing. The movie was eh but I do enjoy watching scenes with bane in them

Lol. I didn't hate DKR as much as others. Its still entertaining to watch despite its flaws. But I do agree...they both ruined Bane and made him awesome at the same time. So I guess I'd rate it as not that bad.

Good thing I saw someone on the comments mention that this figure was sent to him. This Bruce Wayne has anemia, thus the pink lipstick. Has a huge trunk that resembles nothing like in the movie, has a Mattel-type cape seemingly pasted on top of his shoulders, and messy paint that makes his gauntlet and other parts look rubbery instead of pointed. But sure, the DCC Trasher Batman is "GARBAGE" right? Cause they didn't pay you or send it to you for free, and it costs 1/10th to this crap. If this depressed nerd for hire is an action figure expert, then I'm Jesus. Stop conning people into buying awful stuff, man. It's sad

Dark Knight Rises had a solid first 45 minutes or so, then it completely collapsed into very bad. Last half hour or so was just awful.

Anthony, I respect you and your opinion, but I have to say that the dark knight rises wasn’t that bad, it was the weakest of the trilogy sure, but still not bad. I do understand why it’s hated by some though. Also Bale’s Batman is the best live action Batman, that’s not up for debate 😂

Dark Knight Rises is definitely the weakest, especially from storytelling. Still enjoy it a lot. For me, the best is easily The Dark Knight, then it's Batman Begins. I love the Trilogy overall.

I bought this figure and it was pretty awful the hands are impossible to get to stay on because they keep falling out the changing heads don’t work and everything is very hard to get on. I would suggest you don’t buy this

I'm really happy that Batman get so much love from toy making companies. But this. This is annoying. The Nolan Dark knight batman came out in 2005 and ended in 2012. That's respectively 15 and 8 years ago. And toy companies have been releasing toys about this trilogy non-stop every year since. I guess I am the only one that feels this way ,but I am TIRED of it. Tired of having the same two goddamn figures of Christian Bale Bats and Heath Ledger's Joker figures done by every toy company domestic or imported every year for 15years!! That horse don't have any more flesh to beat since it's been dead a while ago. There are soooooo many iterations of Batman to date but they keep coming back to the same freakin Nolan incarnation. These movies are very good movies, great at the time they were released. But not that great. These toy execs are acting like we didn't get to see two more movie versions of Batman and three versions of Joker (ok two since no one liked Jared Leto's version) and ppl keep buying them!! Anthony's Customs your review on soap studios is fine. And I'm sure that you like Nolan's trilogy. But I had to get that out my chest man. Had to. And I know you don't like cloth figures. But maybe peek back at Mezco figures because they improved alot from the last time you've reviewed them.

..and how does it affect you? If you don't like it, don't watch it, nobody forces you. They don't have to stop making toys just because you don't like it or "because it's been years since they came out." That's ridiculous, if we rely on your '' logic '' currently there should be NOTHING for the simple reason that they are not from this time, go that even superheroes should not continue to exist if we go to the case haha. Did you know that Tim Burton's Batman figures are still being made? movies that came out in '89 and 92 '.. Reeves' Superman, Adam West's Batman, etc? And that alongside these figures the current ones also come out with more recent versions of Batman in comics such as Mc Farlane? Not to mention that there are still figures from the Justice League movie, Affleck's Batman and Cavill's Superman, Mavel's etc, etc? and all coexist without problem, none ceases to exist because of another. When something makes history, the logical thing is that there is merchandise of the product and technology advances so the quality of many figures are currently better and that is why they always return to make them as long as they have the license (and even without it) also mainly: the public it is renewed and many see many works for the first time and if they wish to have their figure they are within their right to have it.

In my opinion if you rank the trilogy it goes from best to worst just like the release order 1. Batman Begins 2. Dark Knight 3. Dark Knight Rises I find Dark Knight (which is considered the best one) overrated and a little bit overanalyzed

@schwiggity yes, i enjoy the 2 other movies but not my fav, not like Begins with full of Batman idea. 2nd film is joker movie, batman almost gone in that movie, but joker is good... in the 3rd movie i think to long and crowded plot... i like bane but dont like how thalia al ghul in the end of the movie even when first time see it on theater... 😅

The Dark Knight Rises was a terrible movie because the Dark Knight had a terrible ending. So, it didn't have the best foot to start with and, for me, felt like it fell down a flight of stairs.
