Slick design and worked great for a month or two until I went to refill it for the first time. The plastic pump unit will not lift out with the stainless steel plunger so it cannot be refilled from the top. Do I really have to get under the sink, unscrew the bottle to refill every time?

I have 7 installed pumps (6 restrooms, 1 kitchen), the last one to stop pumping lasted 3 years.

How do I request a replacement pump? Mine has stopped working after two years.

Simple enough to install. How would you do it with a 4' plastic tube which allows one to use a large bottle of soap under the sink instead of the 7 oz bottle. Less refills. How to get the soap sucked up into the tube to come out the pump.

The top of the pump is completely loose , is it supposed to be that way?

Yes, it is supposed to be able to swivel so you can move the spout to where you want it to be for the soap to come out over the sink.

Just one question....After sitting there for years I somehow lost the long plastic tube inside the reserve bottle and everything seems to be covered with dry liquid soap... The whole unit turns... Do I have to call in a plumber now ?...

I have exact same soap dispenser it is less than a year-old and it's no longer dispensers soap. It does not seem to appear to be pumping as I push down on it any suggestions?

how do you repair one that has stopped pumping soap? Can you show a video on how to disassemble one?

I just removed one. It's a two person job. You will need a strap wrench and a set of vise grips. Remove push top of the dispenser and its connecting assembly first. Also, remove the bottle from underneath. Have the stronger person underneath with the vise grips on the lock nut. Have the other person turn the dispenser counter-clockwise with the strap wrench. It will require a little brute force, but it should come off.

Dave Roller I was hoping to see a video on how to disassemble it so that I could repair it. If they cannot be repaired, then I'll leave it and just use table top soap.

dose it fit a 1-/38s hole on the coutner top

The diameter of the core should be minimum one inch, but preferably 1-1/8”.

The pump tube and the pump are exactly the same diameter. How is the pump tube suppose to be inserted if it is the same size as the pump?

We designed the tube to fit snugly to keep the soap primed in the soap dispenser. Try sticking the one end in hot water for a couple seconds before fitting it into the soap dispenser. If this doesn't work, email us at support@kitchen-classics.net and we will send you a new tube.

Yeah but how did you make the hole???? Exactly your not showing us squat!

The diameter of the core should be minimum one inch, but preferably 1-1/8”. The spout will reach 3.5” from the center mark of the hole, so you will not want to hold the center mark of the hole more than 3.0” from the edge of the sink (I would suggest a little closer than that).
