True, but it also allows them to see their models while their playing, which helps with tracking and facial movements. Since depending on the model they may need to over exaggerate expressions in order for them to register

I streamed a little bit before, and it kind of makes sense because all the layers and settings are right there below the stream window, so changing transitions / windows is very quick, or dragging windows around etc.

As an actual security supervisor, you're not wrong.

Its actually smart to play using the OBS screen, that way she can see anything that's not supposed to be streamed immediately (notifications, wrong panels/layers).

@@Mernom there's virtually no delay in some set ups, like it's effectively zero. These things used to have dely but the higher end capture cards and just basic obs displays instantly. (higher end graphics cards display literally instantly)

I've seen people who don't mind playing Nintendo Switch games through OBS with an ElGato HD60 Pro, but I got that same setup and I could not stand the delay. It was consistent, the video quality was ok for the distance between my monitor and myself and I could even play in fullscreen, but I could not get over that very small delay. Even playing stuff like Pokemon Brilliant Diamond felt annoying and I went for a dual monitor setup instead. Just commenting all this for people who read the comments and feel interested in buying a capture card (ElGato HD60 Pro in this case) expecting no issues. It totally depends on your perception.

that's honestly just bad ergonomics, I used to have a similar setup, until I got frequent neck pain. I decided to get a table that can go up and down so I can lower it so I don't look up as much and have everything sorta near eye level.

what she means to say is she has 2 pc monitors and 1 tv that is being used for gaming. i have a similar set up were i have a pc monitor that i use for gaming that benefits from hire refresh rates like fps and a have my tv for youtubing and gaming on my console. evetually i hope to get a third monitor that is both gaming with high refresh rate and is 4k but those cost a lot.

Never thought to stack monitors. Might look into that if things work out with my career, and I can get a new PC. Though the ultra wide would work better underneath as the work screen, and regular monitors for review and display.

It would primarily be: one monitor has KZread up, one has his browser open, one has his software, one for miscellaneous other things. He always said the fourth was usually just overflow. We don't live in the same apartment anymore so I don't know his current setup anymore, hence the past tense as info might be outdated now.

So that's why her eyes keep on spazzing It's funny
