What she and most of her fans doesn't seem to realize is that she's rewarding the wrong behavior though. If you think of her attention as money, she's literally giving money to people harassing her, talking shit about her and antagonizing her. This in turn will cause good fans to adopt the same behavior, because they also want money. You should not give these people attention. Ever. It's a losing battle, and will corrupt your own fanbase. It's already happening, but she doesn't seem to realize and instead just give them even more attention. I hope it works out in the end regardless, but yeah. Wise up, please.

But I don't know how I'd deal with tens or hundreds or thousands or whatever every single day alongside the stress of a strenuous workload like she has. @@Absolute.Virtue The superchat thing you can't really count, It's not like she purposely read it out loud, and it was a membership only stream to being with. Barely anyone would of known about it if someone didn't actually clip it. Hell I thought nothing of her mentioning Supa readings on stream. I thought that's the normal thing to do anyways when you get so many. I didn't know about the reason until people started talking about it. Also I was talking about in extension for this video, not what happened in the past.

It's good that she's finally back to being active on socials, streaming, and general content uploading as Demondice for the last half a year/mainly last few months now. Many other people at Niji and HL continue their prior life content simultaneously, just a matter of whether you want to or not.

If you learned about DDK from Applebitches I highly recommend you listen to the rest of her music! It’s really great and the lyrics are a lot more direct (for obvious reasons). Also you can really see her growth over the years. IMO Shut Up Get Happy is the best thing she’s released from either project. Also if you have the time you could fall down the Fake Type rabbit hole for more great music

It kinda bums me out to see a decent amount of people here making sweeping generalizations about her fans and even being outright rude or hateful. I doubt that's the sort of attitude she would want to perpetuate. I don't care what job she's working, I'm a fan and I've had good experiences in both fandoms.

To add to this My problem with this take of "she hates all her fans" is it flies in the face of what shes said in her other persona. She has stated she appreciates her fans multiple times, how she enjoys hanging out with them and all that they do for her. To suggest that she discretely she hates them all seems kind of disingenuous and inadvertently calling her two faced. I can only really assume how much grief she has to out up with and to be fair i dont blame her given how some of the fandom fucking acts, hell ive sometimes wanted to divorce myself of association out of anger. But this blanket condemnation feels more like projection than objective thinking. And i know someone will come in and say "oh but they are streaming under an alter ego" or "they are playing a character" but thats just it. I dont know how much of their character is their expression and neither do fucking you so kindly lets stop putting words in their mouths.

@@Calzone407 not really, I wouldn't call it therapeutic to include 20,000 live viewers, even if that much attention is a nice confidence booster. it's still work, just very different. the main reason is having something to keep things less creatively limited by being indie, which is something not many people can handle when they already work full-time. so don't expect to see it often.
