Exhaust side of the turbo is the bottle neck on the Polestar. That is where everyone complains because Polestar wringed every bit of power out of that engine and turbo. You need to go to something with a 9 blade on that end if you want to make more power. A lot of people think more air in is what is needed with these, but focus on that back end of the turbo first to free it up.

Should have definitely added e85 like on the dyno for this, considering how much it helped. Would most likely get into the 12's. I have a tuned s60R and i add about 1 gallon e85 per 6 gallons 91 octane gas (California's best) and it's a noticeable difference no matter what the weather but especially during the summer.

My 2.0 Polestar does 11.5 , intercooler downpipe and custom tune . That 13 you are doing is not much kindly do the TCU map

those parts affect air to fuel ratio, and thus need an ECU tune.... TCU tune would be a plug

Dude. I have a 2.0 Polestar (336/1500) too that has 405hp and 535 Nm of torque from the stock exhaust with a muffler delete and an cone air filter (with a tune obviously). The car does a 0-62 on average in 4 s. The problem here is he has a 3.0 which has a basic single turbo. Your car and mine has a supercharger and a twin-scroll turbo. Our car has far less back-pressure due to that. Furthermore, the pipe running from the turbo-back to the cat is restrictive, which they fixed in our car (partly why it made more power and why it is more tuneable). All he needs to do here is make it a twin-turbo or twin-scroll turbo like ours and of course changing the injectors and advancing the timing slightly will make a fuckton of power. The 3.0 was a very finicky engine to tune when in fairly stock form. A tip for you to try is use a higher ration supercharger pulley and high-flow injectors and your car will flirt with 500hp and 600Nm torque.

We should test the 3.0 vs 2.0 tuned on track. Let me know where and when 🙃

How is the reliability on those polestars seems to be a very intresting car

What did Rica say about you thinking it should be making more power? Limited by the turbo I bet they said. And maybe a bigger intercooler to combat heat soak...update us please

I have a Volvo V60 Polestar running around 380 bhp. My friend also has one running around 400 bhp and he claims a 1/4-mile of 12.7 secs

Try the Elevate intake manifold. The intake manifold will feel different. Did you do your track run with winter tires?
