Our 4 month old red sesame pup would sleep til noon I think. We have to bodily remove her from the bed each morning for potties around 0900. Aoki and Boba had such fun!

Hahahah i started to force Aoki to go on morning walks like we used to as otherwise he has too much energy in the pm…

Both of the Shibas I've had could sleep in and not ask to go out for potty. I think it's a Shiba thing! 😊

2:30 You probably already know this, but I thought I would let you know, be careful because it's not uncommon for dogs to guard water bowls. Here it seems that Aoki told his buddy to move away. I would put two water bowls far away from one another so that the dogs can drink in peace and not have to worry about the other stealing their bowl! :)

that is true, dogs get territorial with both FOOD and WATER bowls. that said, those two are very used to each other (and sleep overs). They both do very well re. their water bowl and always share since they were about 6 months old :) That said, good call and we should always keep an eye out in case things change!

I think the dogs loved to spend wknd together.
