Hey Claudia! I love your channel!! You are such a talented chef and person. I am pretty much pescatarian now with the exception of some chicken. But when I was a kid my mom used to make pepper steak (back when I ate meat). I wanted to recreate that same experience with my son who is such a picky eater. I tease him that he should be a food taster because he knows when an ingredient is missing or needed. He is 22 now and I encourage him to cook. But the best compliment that I could give you on this recipe is that someone who didn't eat or like veggies will fall in love with them. My son was like this is "GREAT"

Well for starters great video as always. I really like this stir fry and I'm saving it. Ok,so moving on. I've always enjoyed your beautiful soft voice. Very calming and easy on the ears. However I don't recall ever seeing you in your videos before. Breath taking. A wonderful combination of being both really hot and yet like a angel.
