That looked so good, and I happen to have bought some thinly slice steak and was trying to find a good way to cook it. That is how I stumbled on to your video, the meat is already marinating in the frig. Going to let it marinate for a couple of hours, that is when my wife and grandson will be home. Growing up in the 40’s, ‘Pepper Steak’ was in the top 3 of my mom’s best recipes. It was very similar to this, and from looking at the video here, I suspect that yours might be even better than hers. In addition, I must say that your instructions were perfect. A great video and I suspect a great meal.
