Great gun. Yes I also have Milwaukee. But that gun is worth having

Have the same gun. And love it. Accidentally left mine on a rear diff of a trash truck cuz of that stupid magnetic base (love those bases tho lol) and it got ran over and crushed. Battery was borken and stuck inisde. Lol. Sent in....and for $130 got a brand new one. There was no way it was able to be repaired. Lol.

Love the green. My plier drawer looks like you spilled a bag of skittles in it tho, can never choose between red, green orange, u know the rest 😁

Yes that’s the battery level indicator light will turn red when it has a low battery

Congratulations Joe you did good. I think you got my three favorite snap on tools. Starting with your 861. I have both it in the earlier brushed 761 that I’ve had for about 12 years. Finally got it rebuilt couple months ago and for less than $125.00 it came back with all new internals including new handles/grips. Try to do that with a Milwaukee or Dewalt. Also it easily has a breakaway of 250 I know Snap on can be considerably more expensive, but in the long run, I like the service and the service ability. 👍🏻

Not sure if I entirely get your point. I’m not disputing there aren’t a parts availability for virtually any current tool sold. Home Depot isn’t going to drive up to my door and pick up my Milwaukee electric tool (and I do on Milwaukee tools) and bring me back a virtually new tool for a $120.00 And we’re not even talking about the broken clips on the 12 V Milwaukee tools and batteries dislodging and sometimes falling off their 18 V 1/2 impacts

You can get them in red green blue gray hi vizand orange

Get the battery magnetic boot u will love it

My buddy has the SO impact and I have the Milwaukee stubby and my stubby will run circles around the SO. Milwaukees warranty is also longer and the warranty on there batteries is longer, they are available on 2 different tool trucks, or you can go to a Milwaukee service center. I will say the SO is very efficient since it’s so light weight and is so easy to use all day especially with the rocker switch.

That impact is gonna be the best tool you got😂😂😂😂

Talk to your dealer about the boot. My dealer said NOT to use it that Snap-on has had trouble and it will Void the warranty

Having trouble finding a boot for the ct861. I can’t seem to find it on the snap on website. I don’t have a dealer I’m a diy. Looking for a green. A part number would help.

I have the Bahco adjustable and the thing can grip! The rocker trigger is cool but it just doesn’t beat out my Milwaukee stubby.

My Snap On doesn't have nearly the amount of nuts as my stubby milwaukee but it's handy for most things

The guns good but if you want to feather the trigger it is a near impossibility. Gets super frustrating at times.
