That's why I stopped camping on exposed places, and opted for forest camping instead. I always get a better sleep in a woodland environment. If you've got Broom in the area (not Gorse) then it's a great wind break and provides great shelter.Enjoyed your video.

Exposed places and bad weather never keep me up but it was the odd crash of the waves that made a loud bang that had me up. I actually love going to sleep when the weather is bad and can’t get away with ear plugs. It was a great camp apart from that and a great spot too. Thanks for watching 😊

Great Vid and amazing location Mark. Foam Earplugs, the bell shaped soft squishy ones will help. I can't sleep outside without them. Without them I am too aware of every single noise in the night.

Thanks. I loved the location of the place. I can’t sleep with ear plugs in as the pressure of them in me ears keeps me awake. I sleep easily on bad weather but the loud wave crashing wouldn’t let me sleep haha. Apart from that it was a great camp. Thanks for watching 😊

Thanks Lundy. We can’t have all every time we go out can we but it was a nice spot and the weather did canny for us. Yeah I do like the helm as it’s so strong. The last twice I have used it I have struggled with it as I’m 6ft2 and I’m end to end in it literally and I’m beginning to not like it at all. Thanks for watching 😊

Nice video. I've had it on my list for a while but too lazy to walk from the retail park or industrial estate on the english side lol. Maybe park on the border and get it done one day. Shame about the sunrise it's always good in that area when it shows up but northern weather is what it is.
