Hi the gas ram has a more smoother kick, more of a kiss action in the shoulder rather than the springer version. I have not tweaked the riffle at all. I have found that it is not pellet fussy but with a little practice and some napier power pellet lube that the JSB Exact Diablo 4.50 and the H&N sport field target trophy 8.64gr worked best for me. I also own PCPS and springers but for cost vs performance this is one of my favourites.

Great shooting. Did you fit your own silencer or does it come with one?

just bought one of these and tried it today, I couldnt hit a 10" metal target at 20m Thought I zerod it then totally missed the target then next shot was bang on, next shot 6" left then missed target.. Dunno if this needs cleaning or will bed in but out the box not impressed. Maybe its me.

What pellets are you putting through it? I found JSB exact diablos to be the most consistent. All these years on and still holds a tight grouping

Does it shoot like this right out of the box or does it need tweaking first? What pellets are you using?

What pellets are you using, also mine seems to have a slight problem locking it closes and remains tight but a slight amount of pressure on the barrel which could come from me laying it on the test may make the breach open slightly... No wear indications... Is yours like that?

Hi I use JSB exact diablo and H&N field target trophy with a little Napier pellet lube. The barrel can drop with some pressure but never had it happen on me. Maybe change the o- ring in the break barrel and tighten up the screws will help

@@FTF67 thanks mate, I'd I do a small video of what my lock up is like, would you compare it to yours. If yours is the same, then I can happily spend some money on repairing it. It was given to me after a friend passed away so it's worthy of a fettle.

@@leeweeable kzread.info/dash/bejne/oJaH0cGpaN26d6Q.html As you can see the lock is good, but then when you apply a certain amount of pressure more than a say 200grams at the end of the barrel you get this little pre break of the barrel, when you shoot I'm sure the recoil is making the barrel move. The bluieimg is nice, I got the trigger sorted before I knew how it shot... Then when it was all ovet the place I went to see what was happening.. And noticed this all the lock mech looks solid very odd... If you break it and close it, it's fine, but the smallest amount of down ward pressure moves the mussel and causes this. I wonder if I can fix it. I want it spring powered too... Gas ram has got no power

@@jakegtalchemy8778 The gas ram is what helps it's accuracy and will be more consistent than a springer conversion. I regularly chronograph mine and get on average 11ft. lb which is plenty for a .177 the gas ram doesn't have the kick a springer will. Keep it as is when springers give up these will keep going and stay accurate. I don't have to keep adjusting my scope on this one like I do my others. Check the retainer pin in the breech isn't worn or bent and then get a new seal www.ebay.co.uk/itm/282062128715

Great vid just bought this in .22, I heard a lot of good things about this gun and it hasn't disappointed me. the only thing I don't like is the moulded barrel weight would like to remove and fit a mod on it any ideas how to do this without cutting barrel? also found my favourite flavour pellet is the Crossman premier ultra mag.

Paul Haworth just pull it off pall it just comes off with abit of force. Iv owned one loved it. Buying another tomorrow.

15m with H&N sport field trophy 8.64gr with a light coating in napier pellet lube although jsb exact diabolos are better for longer ranges
