I had so many questions about The Smith Manoeuvre over the past year and FINALLY it was all answered there. I've watched this 2-3 times to get a better understanding. Thank you so much for doing this!

Page 37 of the book. Says Enjoyier instead of Enjoyable 😂 The book was so barebones clearly trying to sell the course the entire time. Doing a cop out like well we wouldn't want to make this book size of a science textbook. Yes that's precisely what I wanted. I wanted indepth info. To what forms am I filling out to get the refund on my taxes.

Instead of putting your readvanceable funds in the HELOC into dividend stocks (or real estate), can a person put those funds directly into a IBC whole life policy to pay the premium and build cash value? Does CRA regard dividend Paying Whole Life differently then typical income earning investments (stocks, real estate, business)? Thanks

A question to confirm with a good CPA. I am not an accountant but in my experience the answer is no. Participating whole life (the product IBC uses) does not meet the CRAs guideliness for tax deductibility.
