Some feedback for you. My loss of smell and access to my other senses began decades ago. When I can smell every now and then it can be like heaven. Essential oils are too strong, not even a drop diluted. I do better from natural smells. In nature. Such as the trees, the roses in the garden. The fruit from the trees, and produce from herbs. When you live this day in and day out, then acceptance. My loss of smell became my journey through the disabled and that still makes my soul cry. That cry became my compassion and caring. Sometimes eucalyptus is too harsh and it can be toxic if the body accumulates 5oo much of it.

I had COVID in October last year and lost the smell and taste period but after a few months I got back the very slightly taste and smell but the problem is every smell I have like Gas propane food coffee and any strong smell it will be like burning oil so am so sick and tired of that till today I still did not get the smell and taste 😔 , today am going to try those oil essential from this video . Pray for me plz

TRY THIS TO GET YOUR SMELL BACK! STEAM INHALATION! 🌬 it's called Suob Here in the Philippines 😊 you will need: -Hot water/boiling water -Pour the hot/boiling water in the small basin. -Pour Rock salt as many as you needed and Vicks or any mint. Mine I pour 1/2 of cup of Rock salt. Stir it up. -Much better if the water is boiling so the steam came out. - Lastly put a towel on the top of your head and face and smell the steam inhalation. Always make your immune system to be strong. Drink Multivitamins with zinc and eat vegetable and fruits and always drin warm water all day long stop drinking cold water. I started off with parosmia I could smell cigarettes smoke and nobody smokes in the house then I have gotten the flu and now have anosmia and aguesia. It is so frustrated I lobe to smell nice I am a perfume collector and now can't smell any of them, it was my perfume that made me realise I couldn't smell so I tried my most potent ones and I couldn't smell any of them. I have tested negative for Covid I did have Covid 2 years ago the og Whun strain buy never lost my senses just had a continuous chesty cough.

What is the disc put on the bottom of the jar? Did she say water color paper? I tried googling that but it came up with painting paper.

The probelm Is that i can smell, but everything i smell is so bad like chemicals or some smell that i can texplain how bad it iss...

Where do I get the water color paper discs?

Only thing I lost is my sneezing and have dry blood in nostril making me smell something burning. I did 3 small sneeze and not my full sneeze I really need help.

I can smell most things but there are several things I can’t smell. Should I smell train with the oils even if I can smell them or should I do it with ones that I can’t smell?

Instead of buying expensive essential oils which may include artificial ingredients, you can do the same practice using fresh herbs pots from your kitchen/garden, or by smelling the veggies that you chop for cooking. Garlic, onion, parsnip, celery and onion are ideal, as they have very strong aromas.

You can use a smaller jar with no issues, but if you use a larger jar, you will need to add more essential oils to your pad to get the proper amount of scent in the jar.

I recovered from COVID a few days back but my sense of smell and taste is completely gone. I could sense it slowly getting weaker and weaker until it was entirely gone. I can put a whole essential oil bottle below my nose and nada. I'm getting really scared now because I've heard a lot of people do not get their smell back for months after COVID recovery and every day has been hell for me. There's absolutely no joy in anything from bathing, skincare, laundry to food.

Yes, but you need something in the jar to absorb the oil. So a cotton ball would work well in place of the watercolor paper. Or even a piece of paper towel would work well.

With my current anosmia the only thing i can smell is wild cherry cough drops and i can only taste bitter things.

@@theintrovertedguy7054 nothing just wait 2 weeks if ur smell doesnt come back do olfactory training.It depends on individual when that will come back for some people it takes few days for others few weeks or even months
