In this SMBP forum, we explore the changing environment for SMBP delivery post-pandemic and discuss ways healthcare teams can evaluate their implementation of SMBP to get the most out of it for their patients and care team members. We share insights from a national evaluation of SMBP delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic and facilitate sharing of information, resources, and opportunities to enhance and expand SMBP use.
