The title is very true, most pugs have the same amount of brain cells as a dried up shriveled pair on a sidewalk, this is a very smart pug, my pug would probably run face-first into the basket so hard that his head would break through it

I tried it a few times with my 2 pugs. It worked on one one time, but the other one just sat there the day there the one time and looked at me to lift the basket. Most of time they'd run up under on the side of the basket, which would flip it to the side (unintentionally genius).

My old pup could catch peanuts out of the air from 10 feet away. He could also swim and dive under water to retrieve items. He could hear my truck pulling up and always knew when I was home. Far from dumb!!!

That is the first dog I've seen with a simple understanding of physics😂😂

Everyone thinks their dog is smart. But having owned a Pekingese, then a SHih Tzu and now a Pug...I can see how smart a dog can be. My Pug. They're all different ofc. But mine actually watches, observes, comprehends and remembers. Some how he figured out the elevator in my condo needs a motor. Understands the rumble/sound means the elevator is coming. Knows which door will open and from which side. He hears the motors in the doors. If he could reach the buttons and open doors he could take himself on walks and come home. Great sense of direction too. Only reason I'm there on his walks is to keep him from being run over by bad drivers who don't come to a full stop at intersections. Or the odd driver who drives through intersections....super athletic too...not lazy like the typical Pug.

He’s just scared of the basket
