I'd love to be in that danger ! I want to fly a helicopter so badly.

Helicopter design has been amazing all the while. But this is something Awesome 👌I just like the way it flies. Interesting part is the helicopter with a parachute 👍Thank you for sharing.

Time-3:30 So I see there is still an intact rotor under the parachute. An auto-rotation would would give you much more control over where you land, and perhaps a softer landing. Once you pull that chute you have surrendered all your control.

That was a test. If you lose the tail rotor the chance for disorientation grows; pull the chute. Shuck a blade, seize a gearbox, pull the chute.

They seem to be creating more and more self flying crafts by the year. Many are electric, those are seemingly more expensive, but I’d imagine quieter too. Either way, I have been wanting one for so long it’s driving me crazy! Except for the last one on this list, every one looks like fun, fun, and more fun! Damn the safety, if I die while flying one of the new cutting edge self flyers, I’ll die smiling! 🥳🥳😊👍

Man if I’d had the money for one of these I’d definitely choose a helicopter over other commuter craft, especially the one w the parachute, that’s a deal maker there, should b standard equipment like brakes on a car. It’s ludicrous not to. These r pretty cool, counter rotar spin eliminating the rear stabilizing rotor, great technology, I would love to own one of these far more than a car or anything. Truly a nice precision made single/double occupant craft, bump above a large RC copter. I like the compactness and agility, range, dependability. Truly heads in the right direction

Finally, a video that appreciates the most genius flying vehicle ever built: the GEN-H4. It doesn't need a computer to fly. Just ride and steer it like a bicycle. It's that easy. And the version with the electric motor is even quieter and more reliable. Because the less parts you have, the less something can break. You would be surprised how less moving parts that version has. That also means, a very reduced maintenance effort. There is a reason why it was shut down. It was just too good. It would have revolutionised the entire transporting sector and have given the users absolute freedom. That surely can never be allowed. That's why we still use cars, buses, motorcycles and trains.

GEN-H4. Дорогая и малопригодная игрушка. Если выпускать автожиры без мотора, они будут стоить не более 1-2 тысячи долларов, и в гараже легко можно самому собрать. И вертикальный взлет не трудно, но немного дороже. Кому интересно, могу предложить с десяток конструкций , дешевле, безопасней и лучше , чем GEN-H4.

Interesting. Would have been a much better video if you kept the units the same for all the specs - for example fuel capacity was in liters on some, and by weight on others. Speed was in mph or knots - makes it hard to do a comparison.

🐕I found only one accident. While the Gen4 was in pre-flight testing, which was in a normal attitude, was blown by the wind, moved to a nearby building, and made contact with the building. The aircraft crashed from an altitude of 1.5 m. The pilot was injured but survived. He did not have a helicopter license.🚁

Если выпускать автожиры, полеты могут быть гораздо безопасней, при условии отсутствия дебилов. Но условие в ближайшие десятилетия наверное не выполнимое.
