I’ve been doing this workout for about 2 months now and I’ve got to tell you, it definitely works!! It’s like my entire body shape changed after two-three weeks! To anyone starting this don’t stop and keep at it, it will work for you! Edit: almost 3 months now!! I’ve gotten people commenting that I got thinner, the changes are noticeable! I had been doing workout for more than 5 months now and I can’t say that I had seen differences in the shape/size of my body but I’ve been getting a lot stronger and had longer stamina! I could do long runs more easily and I have seen my abs forming! Keep going y’all.
I did it you guys!! 😭😭😭 This was so hard, and gratifying at the same time. I have multiple sclerosis, so this was such a challenge. I’m so proud of my self. Thank you so much for showing us how to workout without having to stand. Oh my God. I’m so grateful.

Starting today for next 15 days lets see if i can see results without diet . Starting weight = 56.6kg Waist =27inch Belly = 30.5inch Ps. Remind me daily by liking the comment so that i can update Day 1 = ✓ was tough to do Day 2 = ✓ still difficulty in doing Day 3 ✓ less difficulty in doing than ist two days Day 4 ✓ Day 5 ✓ Weight = 56.3 Waist = 27 ( I guess it's 26.9 or something not much difference) Belly = 30 inches ( lost half inch ) Day 6&7 - NOT Done I was in my periods so technically my Day 6 will be today Day 6 ✓ Day 7 ✓ Day 8 ✓ Day 9 ✓ Day 10 ✓. Weight = 55.6 ( lost 1kg from starting weight) Waist = 27 same as it was belly = 29.5 ( lost 1 inch in 10d) I think it is not for small waist it's for belly fat atleast that is what I noticed in myself I lost weight and belly fat but not waist inches Day 11 ✓ Day 12 ✓ Day 13 ✓ Day 14 ✓ Day 15 ✓ Weight : 55kg ( lost 1.6kg) Waist 26.7 ( lost less than half inch ) but I see little abs ... I have perfect hair and I do not sweat, but I become red like a tomato (as always when I exercise) and I breath heavily 🤣
I‘m doing this for 14 days now Day 1: Completed ✅ it was a bit hard but it’s always hard the first time Day 2: Completed ✅ it’s a good feeling! Today was a good day and I completed it easy😆! Day 3: Completed✅wow… it’s the 3 day already! Btw I love Lilly sabri‘s sixpack workouts y‘all can try them those are burning af my recommendation is the one sixpack workout where she wore pink! It’s burning so much and it’s such a good feeling when I’m done with it and it’s only 5mins! Day 4: Completed ✅ Only 10 days more to go! @@Faithinnes Hahah, thanks for reminding me to update! This set has worked great for me! I already had a smaller waist, but this helped to build muscle and strength. I feel much more stable in my core during other HIIT workouts and when I go out on jogs. ☺️

I don’t think it will work cuz I have like a rectangular/ pear shaped body but I will try. Waist: 67 cm (26,4 inches) Day 1:✅ i fell on the side plank like 10 times. Day 2:❌ yeah no I am to lazy but I will try to do it tomorrow and other days. Day 3:✅ sir yes sir Day 4:✅ Day 5: ❌ Day 6: ✅ I don’t know how the f I went from having 67 to 68 cm. Yeah guys I haven’t done it in long but I have been running and on a HEALTHY(not toxic) caloire deficite so I will be measuring the waist soon!
trying this until i return to school (pls remind me) Day1: no changes but it hurt BADD Day2: no changes but it got slightly easier w better form, still hurt Day3: my waist seemed a bit smaller? Day4: skipped 🙏🙏 Day5: dkipped due to personal issues Day6: skipped… Day7: did 3x as more to make up for it (update since i find it inconvenient to add it everyday, it works but imo its better to also do full body exercises to help!!)

I will do this workout for as long as summer is over, but ill update you on a week! (no diet, but no snacking either) currently 59kg Day 1; ✔️ Did one other of her 10 min workouts and walked 10k steps Day 2;✔️ ran on treadmill fo 20min + walked 8,5steps. Felt a lil tired so i only did this workout Day 3;

2 weeks ago i struggled so much to hold the side plank. Now i can hold it for the whole 50 seconds! I feel like this as become easier as the weeks have progressed and i can definitely see my waist sliming down!

I’m gonna try to do this from tomorrow . Wish me luck. Starting waist- around 36 🥲 Let’s get it. *Day 1*- ✅ Done! I did feel the burning lmao😭😭. Especially after the first two workouts- I struggled to sit up 💀 definitely found the “Modifications” helpful. Until tomorrow~ *Day 2*-✅ It burns😇 *Day 3*-✅ OML! I’ve lost about an inch already! I’m so thankful! It burns but Ik it’s doing good! I don’t wanna jinx it tho. *Day 4*-✅ did this earlier than I usually do cuz I have to go to an event later Nd I didn’t want to skip doing this. It still burns but I think I’m getting a little used to it? *Day 5*-✅ burned while doing it but feeling good! *Day 6*-✅Feeling good! *Day 7*-✅ Burned while doing it ofc. Let’s go 1 week done. *Day 8*-✅ 👍🏻 *Day 9*-✅ once again did this earlier cuz I have to go to an event later but yeah feeing good. @@pyriee if u are talking about whether I saw more of a difference at 37 days when compared with 14 days, I have to say YES! Definitely, but I didn’t exactly measure or anything yet nd I’m going to measure after day 40. But yes, this does really work and I can definitely see the difference. Even other ppl have been telling me of it.
NGL i really felt this one unlike the other workouts on KZread... Plus this is actually a workout that focuses on obliques and not just a belly fat loss workout thank you soo much!
All these amazing and motivating comments have inspired me to do this workout! Good job y’all out there ❤❤❤

I have a much more pronounced dip on the right side of my waist and my left side is like... AM I A JOKE TO YOU?!?!? Like, if you see my right side you would think I'm an hourglass but my left side is RECTANGULAR. smh
I'll be doing this for 7 days lesgoo Started on: 01/12/22 Starting waist: 27-28 inches Day 1: ✔ Day 2: ✔ I did this along with a 20-minute full body workout Day 3: ✔ Day 4: ✔ I did the 20-minute workout with this again Day 5: ✔ I did her That Girl Pilates workout with this Day 6: ✔ Day 7: ✔ I did it with the That Girl Pilates workout Waist now: 27 inches My waist before was between 27.5 and 28 inches and now it's 27 inches Honestly I did it only for like 7 days so I didn't drastic results like other people but yeah I'm contented

*started April 29th 2024* April 29th :The burn😫 waist: 33-34 in, stomach above crotch: 36 in😭 April 30th: burns kinda still May 1st: I can't tell if I'm just crazy or my stomach feels very firm?(behind the stomach fat) Probably just ab muscle I used to do Crunches everyday that never worked. Feels nice so far I like it and I feel like if I can keep this up, I can have my dream body + confidence! May 2nd: it burns so much😭😭😭 May 3rd: didn't hurt as bad! May 4th: burns just as much😅 feels good tho May 5th: burns!! My motivation is to remember that if I skip a day I'll regret it and I won't have the results I wanted :') May 6th: it feels less sore now. I like it! I watch KZread while this workout plays on my phone! May 7th: the burn😭😭 I struggle especially with the planks and Russian twists😬 feels good tho. Gn for now

doing this as much as i can everyday once : week one : kinde hard ngl, my abs feel sore, not drastic changes but i feel stronger. some exercices are easier BUT THE THIRD EHHHHH MADE TO KILL ME FR week two : i skipped a day this week, all the exercises are easier i can do the third one without stopping. I can tell lost belly fat, but i don't have my desired results yet so ima continue week three : everything is becoming harder idk why lol, anyways i can see that i lost belly fat and my waist is slimmer (i didn't have a thick waist nor belly in the first place but still can see changes i'm happy) ill continue until i have no belly fat lol week four : im so happy to see how my waist is smaller, my belly flatter :D it gives me motivation to continue so ima continue to tone my belly. i can't believe it's already been a month week five: ✅ week six: ✅ stopping here cuz i have good results. ima now do the le sserafim workout cuz why not lol

@@celiagachetlucena1896 i normally have a pretty healthy diet, but every now and then i would have some sweets, chips, or pretzels! :) you dont have to eat healthy, but if you do, the results will come much quicker, and eating healthy does have many benefits!

doing this for 2 weeks!! day 1: felt a slight burn Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 [week twooo] Day 8 Day 9 Day 10 Day 11 Day 12 Day 13 Day 14
I am going to try this and will update you all! Please remind me. Day 1- ✅ Was soo challenging . Had to take a few seconds break during a few exercises but I felt good after it. Day 2- ✅ a little easier. Day 3-✅ Was very challenging again but I managed to get through it with out taking any extra breaks.

doing this everyday: day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ it burned so bad compared to day one, it felt my my core was on fire! but, that just means it's working. ill push through! day 3: ✅ burned, but not as bad as day 2. i guess i was just really sore, but again that's progress! day 4: ✅ getting easier everyday, but still just as challenging. i can see a difference and when i grab my stomach it's harder to grasp some fat. progress is definitely being made! i can't wait until the last day! :) day 5: ✅ Its getting easier, but i still struggle. The side planks are my worst nightmare! day 6: ✅ surprisingly not only do i see a physical change already, but a mental one too. my confidence has never been this high! :) day 7: ✅ yay already one week in! one more to go, i'm so happy with the progress i've made and i'm proud of myself for sticking with it! :D like to remind me also so that i can find my comment and update it :D

@@rabeehaabdul-ala9509 not any big differences yet, but in the mornings my stomach feels almost tighter. idk it's weird, but at lest i know it's working!
I just tried this for the first time and omg IT BURNS SO MUCH. I’ll definitely be adding this to my routine for 3 days each week since i use another workout throughout the rest of the days. I can’t wait to see my progress!
I’ve been doing this for 11 days and I notice a difference!!

girl, i was so happy with my body until i went on a vacasion and couldn't really workout, then i got my period, my belly started to bloat, boom - i gained 2kg (4lbs?) and i became so unhappy with myself because you can clearly see that my waist has more fat around it and my belly is hanging! im going to highschool my first year and i wanted to feel confident but im afraid i won't make it :( im going on another vacasion in a week and i'll return a day before school...

Starting this tomorrow, I’ll update ya’ll on how it’s going !
Keeping a small journal here to keep myself motivated: Day 1: Did almost every exercise but those planks at the end killed me and I felt like vomiting Day 2: it's easier to do the exercises, the last one is still difficult but you can really feel the burn Day 3: i was too sore so I skipped 🙂 Day 4: it's getting easier yaaay 🌈 Day 5: life happens 🤷♀️ Day 6: we're getting somewhere 🫂 I didn't take my measurements but I already see (or maybe I'm imagining) some changes I'll update tomorrow ✨🫂
