Lovely design the down side the main door into the lounge area could've been been thought of or moved by dining area like the door off the kitchen. Foot traffic through that area is off putting most lounge doors go out to an outdoor setting not a main entrance way...

It is a cozy place, but with three double bedrooms there could be up to six people living there. Just inside the entry there a space for coat hooks and a bench. The kitchen is snug, but if the back door were via the laundry room and if the laundry room door were moved a bit, you could gain three feet of counter space. BTW, a true pocket door is less obtrusive than a barn door. One of the cabinets next to the washer could be a tall pantry or storage cabinet. If you needed even more space, the divider between the kitchen and the dining area could become counter and cabinet.

Very nice home layout that meets our needs. I might extend the bar into the kitchen more to incorporate a pantry like storage area under the bar and add bar stools on the dining side. Also prefer the washer and dryer be separate units, even if the were stacked. How do I buy the plans?

Depends alot on where your building because costs are affected by many factors like access of the site, where do you buy your materials, what finishes you decide to use, what is the cost of building materials in your town or country. So I would advise you to show this design to any of your local engineers or builder who knows about all the above mentioned factors in your area and he will be in better position to give you a better rough estimate.
