A door into the laundry/mud room would make this design perfect for me.

I love this house. The only thing I would change is switch the bathrooms & put the step in shower in the master & add a garage.

I can see myself living here💗

I absolutely love the kitchen/dining area. The wrap around porch is terrific.

as a short person, I would like side/side Washer/Dryer. I prefer top loaders too.

I would love to see this house in a 3 bedroom. I love the floor plan. Very lovely home.

I love the porch , but I would have to use some of that side space for larger closet in the owner’s suite and have a half-bath for guests, and a small office. The car needs to be covered and have entry close to the kitchen. Nice house as is

I love the wrap around porch, & the shelves in the living area, as well as the floating shelves in both the bathrooms.

Just a suggestion: you could put an ID code of some sort in the header. If someone was interested they would have the means to reference it.

The house is beautiful. I love the layout . The kitchen and dining area are perfect. I would like a bit more space in the bedrooms to place a chair and a console. I think the bathrooms should be swapped. I love the wrap around porch. The accent walls are beautiful , the wall color is beautiful too.

I love bungalow style houses, but I need it a tad bigger to accommodate an office and a bigger pantry. I would move the built-ins in the guest room to the foot of the bed to have a door to the bathroom attached. I love the outdoor spaces.

Would like to see more designs with a wood stove. The heating ability of wood stoves far exceeds a fireplace. Or add glass front to fireplaces which can include a blower for efficiency heating! Just an ask for future designs. Thank you for your talents!!

Love this house. Love doors from dining room out onto the veranda and thanks for beautiful outdoor living! Now i would like toe see something similar in a tiny house design. Maybe pocket study behind a door... one and half bedroom. Lovely! ❤

Love the design but tiny bathrooms.

Switch the shower and tub. Most adults shower while children usually bathe. Otherwise this is a great layout.

Perfect house EXCEPT it needs access to the attic for storage Ike luggage, seasonal decor, etc.

Would u want your oven & refrigerator side by side? I don’t think so. Don’t like the pocket doors handles sticking out. Under counter sinks in my opinion are better for easier cleaning purposes. All in all not a bad little house plan; a lot of windows.

How wide are the interior doors, they appear small?

Why don't you ever put any recliners in your furniture for the livingroom?

When will these "designers" understand that a fireplace on an outside wall sends most of the heat OUTSIDE.

What's with no tvs

No pantry?

I hate tubes and the fact a lot of these house has glass doors around the tubes like showers is a dangerous thing for old people.

These designers must not watch TV. No where to put one.

The coolest? In winter, the coldest every time the front door opens. In summer, hottest. You need airlocks at doors, especially in farm houses where wind is a significant factor. Energy efficiency should be a consideration even if comfort is not. I give up looking at these badly designed, impractical houses. I made the mistake of looking at the kitchen. Wall ovens are both small and EXPENSIVE. Also impractical in a small space. They take more space than a good 30 inch cooker with 4 burners that costs half as much. Join the real world

I agree with main entrance lacking a proper foyer to prevent air flow into living area and limit disruption to anyone in room leaving or entering. Kitchen also not well planned out and agree with wall ovens being a hassle over a good range, that part can be redesigned though. A proper pantry bigger red flag for me.
