Small house packed with spacious features!

I designed the layout and built with the help of subcontractor to do the foundation, shell, and mechanicals. We took over and finished the pine interior, bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, and exterior siding. Enjoy the video it is a great house!

    I picked them up a Lowes along with the polymeric sand.
