SMALL BOAT, BIG WATER, BIG KINGS
South Shore Lake Ontario spring king fishing at it's best. Late April, stiff west wind, 53 degree water temps, 50 - 60 fow. It was too rough to troll upwind so we went for the one way downwind glory troll. Stinger Stingray spoons in "Pickle Seed" and "Green Gator" were good on Chinook Divers and shallow riggers.

That a trip you will always remember. Rough water but those kings were sure hungry. The one that went under the Mercury outboard was something else. From the headahakes to running through lines and underneath, glad you landed it. The long lead made it more difficult. Got some really big fish for this time of year. I enjoyed watching.

Yeah those long leads can get you in big trouble, but I think they get you more bites, especially when the fish are up really high. Thanks for watching 👊
Nice Kings 👍
