I had a sly plumber refit my bathroom a few years ago. He showed me how to put the plug in the bath when filling it, but never showed me how to pull it out. Been using the same bathwater for two years. God damn you sly plumbers!

А отвинчиваете неправильно, надо прокладывать мягкий материал под ключ, а то остаются следы и царапины на некилерованной поверхности от ключа.

Yeah right, wash off the deposits down to the sink and let them settle in the P trap under the sink. Then later on, call a plumber to unclog that P trap. Dumb idea 😢

Смех смехом, а у меня было такое. Сантехник так и сказал, что зачем я буду раскрывать свои секреты. Правда это касалось замены картриджа и я не могла понять как до него добраться. А всего надо было открутить винтик😊

We are not being sly... We replace those when they get stopped up. But more importantly if you take off the aerator and you have mud like that in it, you have a leak somewhere, and if you have rust in it, you have Galvanized Pipes that have reached the end of their service & need to be replaced.

We actually encourage people to clean them. Sometimes we change them for free when its on the side. You keep customers with good service snd honesty. If you only look after their money and act like it, they might stop calling you if you "fix" stuff that doesnt need fixing.

Did you also notice that he didn't install the aerator properly? There was water dripping from the side of the aerator. On this faucet design it was no big deal. It drips into the sing. But most other designs would have the water run down inside the faucet and drip inside the sink's vanity. And it might not be noticed for a while. And then the particle board had begun to deteriorate.

Here is a secret tip from coffee brewers. Hold the filter upside down and shake it over a garbage receptacle. Do not reuse it unless it is an emergency. It takes some practice so....good luck!

Why exaggerate. Understanding of another is needed. When the govt repairs the mains there is normally dirty water. Pipes also get corroded.!

I always remove especially if main outside needs to get turned off but they also need to be replaced sometimes because they get corrosive too.

Careful you dont scratch up the finish. Use oversized pliers and wrap a rag around them. Do not over tighten.

Чищу регулярно после каждого отключения воды! Однажды шли какие то ремонты и воды не было весь день! Когда дали воду она текла тоненькой струйкой!!! Стала вот так откручивать и из крана посыпались мелкие железки и гвозди, кран был забит мусором!!!!

У меня стоит аэратор крутящийся несколько месяцев на кухне. И вот спустя время колонка перестала зажигаться и я его почистила от камешков их мало было, но не помогло. Еще спустя пару месяцев я его опять сняла и решила закинуть в кислородный отбеливатель с тряпочками. Поток стал в разы лучше, колонка опять зажигается. Дырочки маленькие забивались от жёсткой воды, а по суди даже не заметно было.

Этот тип крана я называю "воробьиный писюн". Очень не удобный кран, низкий, не поворачивается, регулировать напор и температуру проблематично.

If your water has too much particles fix a Y strainer in the line. You can even change the netting inside the strainer to a smaller hole that of the tap. This will avoid narrow down water flow. If you fix one morein the main line it will even save water heaters from clogging.

Yes! I actually found a special filter/aerator that turns the stream into many tiny streams of water

Man schraubt den Einsatz nur mit der Hand fest und es gibt Schlüssel mit Gummi oder Kunststoff, um die Oberfläche zu schützen und der Klempner wird wegen sowas nicht gerufen
