    She & her camera man are very fit to jog for 6 minutes, the duration of this video. She carried on while the camera man slowed down. Thank you for posting this,I go for walks instead of jogging. :-)

    Today I have finished my third 10 k in Pune Marathon. Timing was 1 hour 45 minutes. A big thank you for slow jogging technique of dr Tanaka. Just curious to know how to improve on timing. Today cadence was 155

    After landing heel will touch ground or not?

    Heel can but doesn't have to touch the ground lightly.

    @@ashishbhide3279 Your heel can touch the ground, but it doesn't have to touch the ground. The important part is for the forefoot to touch the ground first.

    @@slowjogging992 Ok so you mean that on every strike forefoot to tough the ground first and then heel. Before i was not touching heel on the ground so i have started getting pain in my calfs and shin. So now i will tough heel as well to ground. Correct?

    Seems like the steps too big as compared to the "teaching" videos, so its also ok to have land on heels then.

    I counted her steps and as far as I can tell her pace is about 180 per minute. So she’s covering a lot of ground because of her long stride
