    I'm also on a slimming world journey, and I totally get you! I needed a one pound this week for my 2 stone, so I stick with the plan, even did 3 sp days and thought I got this! Stood on the scales and gained half a pound! No idea why, but the body is a strange thing, so back again this week to try for that 2 stone, won't give up! Love your videos 😍

    You are so close and honestly sometimes the scale shocks you but hang in there. If you get too upset, you move even further away from your almost 2 stone. Stay focussed and do share when you get weighed, I'm rooting for you

    Hiya! I'm new to your channel, I'm on my 1st week and u feel I'm doing OK, one question that baffles me, can you really have 30g of parmasan cheese? Just seems like a lot, and I love love cheese, I don't wanna be making a mistake lol

    @@bumblebee8t3 hiya, anything slimming world says you can have is a maximum not that you must have. I only have 1 hexA most days and if I ate cheese daily I would gain weight. Learn your body and enjoy food until you are full not sick x

    I am so happy that I came across your channel. I am starting my slimming world journey today. This time I have decided to do things differently. I am doing the plan at home, no weighing myself as I feel that the scales really mess with my head, my clothes with be my guide. I think that we beat ourselves up too much if we go off plan. I will focus on one day at a time and nourish my body the best way I can. I am looking forward to doing this journey along side you and I can't wait for your next video. I wish every success with your weight loss..Just remember, one day at a time , much love ❤😊❤

    Hi Sue, ranting is allowed, you listen to me go on all the time x the good thing is you are not gaining but it's frustrating when you are not getting the results you want. Drink more water this week and see if that makes a difference x

    Well done for not eating cake , I like that your so honest your lovely lady. Love watching your video, I'm starting Wednesday rejoin just to lost one stone , lucky I'm still in my size 10 jeans. So when I start got be 100% on plan. I be watch all your video I like watching what you eat.     I know exactly what you mean. The second week can always be a bit tricky. I always think one day off plan shouldn’t do too much damage. We’re all human and I love pepper sauce with steak too. I have bought some skin on potato oven chips and they’re 3.5 syns for 100 g so not too bad but some have oil and a lot more syns. At least you had Diet Coke. My downfall hun is wine 🍷. I’m trying to find lighter than light mayonnaise but can’t find it. I like salad cream too with tuna etc and I think it’s not as many syns. You’re so honest and 8 lbs in one week is fantastic - do you know what I do??? I get on the scales in the morning before I go in the evening and sometimes it can be water weight gain so we shouldn’t panic but I’m like you, I get so nervous. 😬 well done on the 1lbs loss, that’s brilliant. Thanks so much for sharing. You’re a lovely beautiful lady and I think what we do is overthink everything and we are our own worst critics. You’ve done well and don’t beat yourself up. You’re brilliant. I hope you have a great weekend and God bless you too ❤❤❤xxxx

    I should so get those skin on potato chips but usually when I'm in the mood, I make them so they are syn free. I do enjoy a glass of wine but I then usually want a second glass🍷🍷🤣. I use lighter than light mayo when I'm home but never thought to use salad cream. I might just try it, thanks. I weigh in in the morning, evenings would increase my nerves but I think how you weigh in first before the days helps to make sense of the evening weigh in. Let's keep going, we can win, we are already winning x x 😍❤️😍

    Hi, lve been at sw for 5 weeks and every week lved lost. I have had weddings, dinners out and a takeaway in the past 5 weeks. It can be done. Well done for your 1 pound loss x❤

    I'm definitely doing it differently this time around. Just enjoying it and a loss is a loss , I'm avoiding pressure such as in class how much do you want to lose I say don't want to say so I avoid pressure. Macain lighter home fries are 1.5 syns 100g not bad at all, I have 200g x
