Same. It is 5am and for some reason, I can't sleep. This is a ugly pattern that I have dealt with most of my life. But these gorgeous soundscapes really help crank down the anxiety level. Zac has some very special talents and I 💕 Sleep Tube. Sleep well.

Another very beautiful, delightfully peaceful masterpiece! I slept with this one on last night & yes, it did the trick! 9 hours later, I’m fresh as a daisy! I’d be lucky to sleep more than 3 or 4 hours before I started listening to Zac’s beautiful music. I even had a vivid dream that I was living on Mars. In all fairness though, I suspect this video influenced that dream. 😊

This time of year is especially hard for me. My sons 6th anniversary of his passing is May 17th. This year is harder than former years as my landlord desided he didn't want to be a landlord anymore. We have to be out June 1st. This place was the last place I wanted to leave as it's the last place my son was alive. He passed from health conditions he was born with at 16 years old. I find myself coming back to these tracks repeatedly. Three weeks ago I had a massive panic attack and came to find your shorter tracks specifically for the breathing circle and the calm that over takes my brain. Thank you again for your dedication to your craft.

I think this one has me feeling the most relaxed ever. It must soothe the vagus nerves because my shoulders feel so softened. It's the place where I seem to store all my emotions and so I experience a lot of neck and shoulder pain. This video is like a warm, soothing massage. Thank You EDIT: I wasn't exaggerating when I said my muscles feel so softened! I just rubbed my shoulders and usually my shoulder muscles are so tight and now they feel supple! I am hoping this will work the same tomorrow night.

this goes right up my valley. you are amazing at what you do Zac. definetly gonna use this in an hour or so while i drift away in my sleep. Also Zac,Speaking of drift i would love to hear more of your stuff like Drifting Tunes. that one is my favorite and its always my go to sleep music when i cant find any new ones. the minimalist use of sounds and also the tone of the sounds are very ear soothing for me. its not necessarily a calming piece that bring joy and peace. but its perfect for those times that you just wanna get calm and drift away and not necessarily in a happy and uplifting way. gives you such a good thinking space.
