no. Having good sleep is impossible with work. I am trying my best, but still . . . You can still have high testosterone with the right mindset

I was actually researching ways to raise testosterone levels these last few days and then I see you just dropped this video. Thanks a lot man 🫡🙏 I'm also a martial artist and I found your channel recently through Bioneer and I could instantly click with the information and ideas presented here. Your channel is pure gold for a fellow martial artist 🙏👏

Definitely have been getting good sleep for the past couple months, before I always use to operate off 5hrs of sleep lol. And I did it for such a long time that I’m currently suffering the effects of it. But I am getting better feeling more present and alive I can feel the effects withdrawing slowly. ever since I started a sleep schedule 9:00pm or 9:30pm to 5:00am, I still have work to do have a habit of looking at the the phone screen right before bed. I took someone’s advice I forgot who but I don’t eat until 2hrs after I wake up. At the beginning I was starving like a horse, but over time I body adapted to it and within the two hours I load up on water! Great video can’t wait for more I’ve been heavily interested in testosterone! And the part where you said active people need a bit more sleep. I was like “yah man!" In terms of optimal recovery, it’s not there yet I’m still learning on that subject too.

That’s great man! It’s just about making those small adjustments overtime and they all compound. The eating not too late is a big one for me that’s made a difference
