    Do you think lack of sleep could lead to cancers like cml ? Did you notice a link between periods of bad sleep and bad pcr numbers ?

    You ask some very good questions -- thank you! I think lack of sleep does not help with staying cancer-free. I know I was not getting enough sleep -- especially on the weekends. It is not the only reason I got CML, but I definitely think it could have contributed. As for the link between bad sleep and poor PCR results, I have not seen any correlation. My sleep is generally better than before I was diagnosed, but I still have occasions where I wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back to sleep and none of that has impacted my PCR numbers.

    @@healCML thanks a lot. You seem to say that other factors than sleep led to you to get cml. Were exposed to chemicals like benzen or to radiations ? Surprising facts in hospital they asked me whether i got the flu vaccine or the covid vaccine.

    @@adil8701 I was not exposed to any chemicals, but I have heard that hi benzene exposure can cause CML.
