Why are we making these videos? Because so much of the information presented in TV shows only tells a partial story. We have seen numerous homes abandoned half way through renovations. This usually happens because people have gotten excited at the prospect of flipping homes but haven't heard the whole truth of how the process typically works. And when surprises creep up, time exceeds original estimates and nerves get frayed, funds run dry. Flipping houses can be rewarding in many ways, and knowledge is the key. We don't claim to know everything (nobody can make that claim in honesty) and each house is a learning opportunity. We value honesty and integrity above ratings.
