Amazing experience at ‘DACIA/TOMIS/OPEX 24’! 🌍 The multinational exercise was a success for Skyline Drones & LA ORIZONT, putting to test the best UAVs on the market. We showcased the latest aerial equipment from YellowScan, Quantum-Systems, Phase One, and HEXADRONE, alongside one of the best drone pilots in Romania. 🚁✨
The video speaks for itself about the numerous flights we completed during the 3-day exercise, highlighting the importance of aerial survey and surveillance. The eye in the sky is one of the most efficient ways to detect threats on the sea and near the coastline, as well as to create fast, accurate topographic maps using LiDAR technology or classic photogrammetry methods. 🌊🗺️
Our quick response and the volume of data we delivered in a short time were highly appreciated by the organizers, especially considering we were flying in a radio and GPS-jammed environment near the Black Sea borderline. 🛰️📡
Skyline Drones & La Orizont was the only Romanian company to participate in such a complex multinational exercise alongside the Romanian Naval Forces, NATO structures, and allied and partner states (Bulgaria, France, Portugal, the Netherlands, the United States, and Turkiye), as well as numerous civilian companies from the industry. 🇷🇴🤝🌐
