Skydive Spaceland Skydiver Training Program: Dive Flow 10

Welcome to Dive Flow 10 in Skydive Spaceland's 'Skydiver Training Program.' On your tenth solo jump, you will develop a more powerful track, initiate your 'break-off' from the jump, and scan your airspace before deploying the main parachute by 5,000'.
Your freefall objectives for this skydive are:
- Compressed accordion exit
- Flat Tracking
- 7,500' break-off and final track
- Deploy the main parachute at 5,000 feet
Your canopy objectives are:
- Collapse slider
- Control check
- Half-braked flight
- Half-braked turns
- Identifying alternate landing areas

Hi Gabbie, a lot of people have trouble with stability initially and your instructor is definitely the best source of information on what you, specifically, need to do to increase your stability. In general though, once your basic body position is correct, relaxing is the biggest help. Fighting the wind doesn't work; you lose! The good news is that once you get the "feel" for that stable body position, it will be much easier to find it quickly in the future. Don't give up! :)

I will go blank and go weak at the joints(jelly leg) just by watching the depth from the plane.
