I’m not sad about those days anymore. I’m starting to realize they were so amazing because I was chasing who I wanted to be and become. Nothing stopped me from us from having a great day. Where as now everyone is trying to find who they are and they feel lost and confused and are now fighting anything to find who they are. 11 years of this,I still get goosebumps every time I watch the video.

That's how i imagined my life when i'll become an adult when i was 6yrs old and sitting in green bus somewhere in Turkey on vacation. That hot blondie with jeans short and tshirt titled New York and snapback was sitting next to me. She and this song on my elder's brother green ipod were personatification of that live that awaits me in future. Group of friends having fun, living their best lives, full of emotions and experiences. I really dreamed that one day i'll become like them, like my elder brother. But something got broken in my life and it never happened. I feel sad, lonely and hopeless, but this video always makes me smile and gives some hope that everything's gonna change some time. I wish yall to not feel nostalgic and pining but gain your own unique experience with wonderful people! Thx Skrillex for sound of spirit of youth.

The thing is, i mostly listen to classical music, 99% from Mozart, but this song, this is just something different, even if its nowhere from classical. Music for me isnt an everyday event, i sometimes become addicted, and then let it go for another 3-5 years. Ive listened to skrillex almost all the time when i was in elementary, and only skrillex. I remember a lot of music he made, but this, this is the only one i keep listening year after year, and i was so happy when this song was running through my head a year or two ago, so i could save it for later. Im back again in 2024, and this is insane how much time passes. I was just looking at the old pictures from 10 years ago, school photos, and if that wasnt enough nostalgia, this is the cherry on the top. Well done Skrillex, you've made something special. Nobody can only mimic this feeling what this song gives, and the clip just matches the whole vibe, it feels 100% complete. Impressive to think about that almost everyone who is in the video, has children, family, a life, and not this type of lifestyle anymore. Damn, i love life, but sometimes i just wish i could travel back for just a moment in time.

This song makes me realize I am getting older and there’s nothing stopping It. This was such a good song, and a good album when it came out. I know I cant be the only one, but i heard this for the first time...last year I think it was. Listening to this on repeat for hours, it still brings me back. I guess music really is a language, and it can speak clearly enough that people can actually understand. This is about as close to perfect as it gets, and Im genuinely thankful this song exists.

2013 = 12 anos 2022 = 21 anos Durante a época dos 12 até os 16 anos eu fui um verdadeiro fã de skrillex, escutava dubstep o dia inteiro e essa música tem um significado muito especial pra mim hoje em dia. Tô na época de faculdade e pretendo colecionar boas memórias daqui pra frente. Espero que façam o mesmo. Vivam a ponto de olharem pra uma foto ou um video e se perguntarem se era vc mesmo ali lsksksks boa sorte e boa vida pra geral.
