I think you can choose a fixed color backlight for the Synoke. Turn on the light and then long press the light button.

Thank for your comment. I will try that. The Synoke has disco lights. One thing that's confusing about the Synoke is how to toggle between 12 and 24 hour display. It's not like on other watches.

@@WorldReviews Put it in time setting and cycle through all the hours. Look at the right, A/P are for 12h, and H is for 24h.

Better sound alarm on Synoke vs Skmei

@01:53 Does anyone know what the "flashing wheel for decoration" actually does? Does it have any function other than decoration? Also, when in Alarm Mode does anyone know what Sig, and Alarm Signal mean?

These watches are inspired by the Casio AE 1200 which has a small digital analogue clock in the upper left corner. I think that Skmei and Synoke simplyfied that function with the flashing wheel. I think it's a nice feature and it's not annoying. SIG means that the hourly chime is activated. ALM means that the alarm is activated.

Correct, I didnt notice that. Maybe Synoke uses the case from the Skmei 1998 which has dual time ? Don't expect trustworthy specs from chinese watch brands.
