    Yeah I know it's me again and I hope you listen to me and try to learn something but you probably won't you got your own way of doing things I was the first dealer for over 17 years except doing it because of lost my wife and so I'm here by myself now secondly I lost my leg and I can't trap like I used to but I wanted you to try calling coyotes and also gray fox is at night you can shoot them right from your truck just pull off the road call your call and I'll come right to you this as fast as I can try it you might like it

    Did the same with a few bobcats I caught last year. I didn’t cut down all the way to the pad like you did but your way makes it look way easier! Will definitely be doing it that way from now on. Thanks for the video.

    I use a fish gaff hanging from a rafter for bear hides. Like you said let the weight of the hide do the pulling! Great video.

    Thanks Stu. I have a coyote in the freezer from last season because i didn't know how to pack my feet with borax. Can you do a quick video on that? It is my first one and i think i cut into the back pad when i did it. Lost a claw because i pulled a little too hard to get to the third knuckle 🤣. I'm learning!

    Just did a grey fox earlier in the season and struggled though it. Did the back off the main carcass and the fronts on the main. Backs paws were definitely earlier. Now I know why. Thanks.

    Thank you for sharing all of your great videos! I am wondering if the paws dry okay on the stretcher or do you just skin them out for taxidermy mounts? I am bark tanning and have fleshed the large paw pad but am feeling doubtful the smaller toe beans will be okay and won't rot. I hope this makes sense..

    Hey Stu, just bought a dozen of your anchors. Is there an easier way to install the J hooks? They are too long to fit in the ends of my duke DPs. Going to have to put them in the vise and bend them. Am I missing something here?

    I see you have a wood stove in your shed, do you have any other source of heat? Do you keep the temp pretty even during the cold months? I was wondering because I'm putting a small stove in my fur shed and while it's insulated I'm worried about the temp swings when I'm not in there feeding.the fire

    As a hobby taxidermist, I enjoyed your input! Trapping question though… I use a .22 pistol for dispatch. But I find it leaves a lot of blood at my set. Any suggestions?

    Great video. Thinking of trying this on a bobcat pelt. What if you did not tan it but stretched and died it? Would keeping the paws be possible or only if you tan it?

    The pads have a lot of fat you need to clean out. I'd also worry about bugs getting to the hide if it's just stretched and dried. I had a red coyote that was just dried. Bugs ruined it. Tanned skins were untouched.

    Just rinse them out with a garden hose & a 5 gallon bucket. It works!

    You can do all critters the same way. Takes some practice. The more you do the better you'll get.
