I’m currently trying the seven day challenge currently on day 4! I’ve been dry detangling with olive oil and almond oil using a paddle brush. My scalp has been a little itchy but nothing too serious but my hair feels soft and I’ve noticed a lot less breakage while brushing compared to when I brushed wet hair and wetted my hair almost every day! I’m so excited to learn more. Also to anyone who cares even though it’s not technically necessary for hair growth I have curly “3a-3b” curls. Thank you for the information cyn!!

You know what’s wild. A few days ago I was scrolling and stopped on a stylist page and I was in the comments and one lady said that she uses a heavy cream leave in and seals with oils. YET her hair is still shedding and her stylist doesn’t know why. The stylists page I was on replied to her and said she has no idea why that happening and she would need to see the lady in person to figure out why. I just kept scrolling because I couldn’t go back and forth that day.

Love this!!! I accidentally was being lazy with my hair when I have ran out of my special oil mix. It was about a month and I realize my hair was not flaking up with all the dandruff. Yes, girl you are right on point with this video. Soon I will do my one on one with you so I can get it all the way together. Thank you for your guidance.

Thank you so much! I love you i haven’t had oil in my scalp. I shampooed my Feb 5th it’s the 16 th of Feb. no oil just heat protection from when I flat ironed it

I have sebhorraic dermatitis and low porosity, color treated hair. I have a lot of allergies so I've had issues with most shampoos and they strip the color and have alot of buildup and some hair loss. I only use shampoo and conditioner so it's not caused by practices like oiling, etc. Sounds like I have tons of dead skin cells that need to be removed. Luckily, I never fell for the ACV craze but I do need some recommendations for some shampoo/conditioners, scrubs and other treatments (pre-wash, rinse, etc.) that can help me. I wanted to come to the expert :) Thanks!

Oh and a reoccurring trend I’m seeing is stylists using dawn dish soap to wash clients hair.
