The last time I seen a video of you I think you were have a baby . How is the little thing ? & what # / color do you use for a white skin person is it just peach? And how do you use a white pencil ✏️ 🤔 for the bottom of a water fall? Thank you.

In the world of social media it's hard to use a sketchbook and not think of making each page a masterpiece. I'm glad to see that you're promoting using a sketchbook as practice! You art is amazing even just as practice!

Had my computer on waiting for the launch of this video. As an adult woman, I have found the love of art again thanks to you. At this moment in my life as I had to fly emergency wise to take care of my elderly mother, these videos and you have helped me to keep my patience going and to find myself again. My favorite pages from my sketchbooks are those where my nephew has drawn, the first time I noticed he did I was so mad but at the middle I realized how precious it was for him to try and do what I do and leave some of himself for me to see anytime in the future I ended up in happy tears so now I encourage him to draw with me and if he asks to draw in my sketchbook, that makes me jump in happiness ✨🫶😭🫶✨

My life is very stressful and listening to your voice and seeing your beautiful drawings is very therapeutic! You are an amazing artist!!!

Am I the only one? Like, I can have an art block for weeks, and if I turn on Jesses video like for a minute I emediately get inspired and go drawing ❤

Just great! I get so inspired by your sketchbooks. I particularly love how you "study" styles, masters, and subjects. I don't think the average aspiring artist really understands how valuable and important that is. I do now, but I wish I had understood that better when I was your age. Good stuff Jess!

Jess, I enjoyed your sketchbook tour, I especially like it when you can see the line work in your studies. I prefer to see sketchbooks that don't have perfect drawings all the time. Sketchbooks are meant to be a place to make mistakes and learn from them.

This is so good!! I am 31, I used to know how to draw and be good too. It has bene years since I've drawn and it's silly to say but I don't even know if I can after so long. But I really admire your work. Very nice!!

I have no idea if she is truly the originator but I believe that I heard her utter it in a video quite a while ago! I struggle with seeing accounts that stick to one medium and one style, because I feel like I need to limit myself in that way sometimes to stay consistent or have it look pretty in the feed. Jess I cant even fully express how much of an inspiration you are to me. I have been mentally in a bad place this year. I have had so many low moments that its hard for my creative brain to stay focused. I have had a hard time keeping my creative flow, which creativity is like the air I breathe.
