Sketch to Sign to Sticker: Scale your Sails!
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
The sticker design battle is almost over, and we've spent far too much time in front of the magic rectangle. This time we went from hand drawn, to dimensional, to digital. Thank you for watching!

AWWWWWWW, thank you for saying so. Maybe we'll get there one day.
Watching an artist create is like seeing magic. "Let me splatter some watery paint" and poof you have rain. I guess it's all in knowing and experimenting with artistic techiques, but you make it look so effortless.

All those years at art school...at least I got 1 thing out of it.
oh this is brilliant. i love it when people make videos of projects like this. always remember the sailor's saying out at sea ""Red sky in the morning, sailors take warning. Red sky at night, sailors delight." ARRRRGH!

No power in the verse can stop me!
You're pretty much the opposite of Bob Ross: unhappy clouds, no accidental trees and you definitely didn't beat the devil out of it. But both of you amaze me with your painting skills! Seriously, amazing work, it's gorgeous. And I was looking for the start of the rope on the Instagram picture and couldn't find it, really sweet hidden seam man!

Thank you Ellen! It's amazing how natural fiber rope can really look seamless when you angle the cut to the braid. Give it a shot!
The student is slowly becoming a master in his own right. Very well Cap'n.

I've got to say, you are probably the most interesting creator on youtube. I look forward to each and every video that you upload. Its creative, funny, educational, and your effort really shows through in the end. When you make your videos, its more than just a project video, its a story. Thank you for sharing.

That is one hell of a sticker. Totally worthy Davy Jones' locker or to be a bar sign at the "Drunken Norwegian"

Fantastic video. I love your approach with this project. The three dimensional effect, how you worked in the texture of the plywood to give that rustic "tavern sign" look. This is truly a great video - both creative in subject, but also well edited with good choices of music. I'm liking this instructional type of video from you. Keep putting out great videos like this - it's giving me inspiration!

Damn mate! That's it, you're on the naughty list for being way to talented and making my inferiority complex run wild! Not only can you build amazing stuff from metal and wood and make great storytelling videos but you also draw and paint! Beautiful sing and thanks for sharing, I picked up a whole heap of tips and tricks there. Keep doing what you're doing, you're doing it great! 💪👊

I see your horrible handwriting and raise you my handwriting that is so bad it fulfils and exceeds the 'doctor's writing' stereotype. Mine is the handwriting whose mother was a hamster and whose father smells of elderberries. And that's me writing in all caps... thank goodness my accent covers the verbal version!
Some happy little clouds live up here.

That is awesome! ... With sloping masts and dipping prow, As who pursued with yell and blow Still treads the shadow of his foe, And forward bends his head, The ship drove fast, loud roared the blast, And southward aye we fled... Samuel Taylor Coleridge ( the rhyme of the acient marinner)
