SKATEBOARDING - CRUISING THROUGH Downtown Los Angeles
Felt like filming what its like to cruise DOWTOWN LOS ANGELES on a Skateboard . if you are not from LOS ANGELES u should really come down and cruise DTLA its a total must .although there are cooler spots to skate around DTLA we just went all-round RANDOMLY. Just like the tittle reads we cruised around.

It’s never too late to enjoy skating !!!! Even if u just skate to cruise around just to relax and forget about daily struggles !! And yeah this is LA , overpriced housing , traffic and homeless !!!
I can’t explain the urge I have to jus wake up early and skate city to city just me and my board and maybe my friend once he gets a bit better and learns to ride city terrain. I have such a strong passion for skating and I want to get better than I am. I got Ollie’s no complys and fs 180s but I hit a huge mental block and am having trouble Ollie down stuff even a curb

that is so awesome man .dont be afraid to go out there and cruise your city !!! just be careful. just overcome what ever your fear may be and ollie off a curb for starters .!!! skating is awesome .!! i grew up skating so i love it ..!!

I agree. I suffer from muscle spasms and cannot swallow non-liquids for the last 17 months, and for some reason skateboarding relaxes me and helps me drink water faster.

Me too, unfortunately the curbs, pavement and pedestrian crossings in the city downtown where i live are such a mess that is better and safer to walk through them to favourite riding spot rather than ride through it, especially that if you are a beginner. Riding through the streets? Forget it. However - yes, such videos makes you to grab your board and do it. Longboarding/Cruising is my new love. Peace!

@@vixvela5252 Nowy Tomyśl, Poland. Maybe in bigger cities there are better materials that sidewalks are made of but in smaller towns brick is everywhere

Crusing is the best way to go for beginniers! It's simple, chill and the best way to get comfortable on the board

How many hours do you skate each day/week to get to this skill level? I used to be able to cruise for an hour everyday or every second day, now I can do 2 hours on the weekend but I am so sore and need to ice my front knee for the rest of the week....any tips?

start getting comfortable on your skateboard first learn a few stopping maneuvers and a place would definitely be the parking lot it’s definitely a breeze there just dont hit any cars with your board

hard wheels makes the board lose acceleration quicker ? im a beginner skater and I’ve gotten the hang of riding ard and it’s super fun to just cruise ard. did a dumb move and started on a cheap quality board, so before i get a new board, I want to understand what’s the difference between soft and hard wheels and how do they impact cruising ard? please don’t suggest me to get a longboard cuz I want to stick with a skateboard, this way I can cruise ard and learn tricks when the time comes

I mean if u plan to do tricks in the future u can’t go wrong with hard spitfire wheels !!!!!! U can cruise with any skateboard as long as it has good wheels and good bearings !!!!
