Good presentation. Although in the example "I used identified interventions to distract Ben..", I don't think this is specific enough. The actual intervention used should be more detailed in my opinion. Cleary the "identified interventions" were effective so I want to do them again and evaluate my care plan to state these interventions are effective and to continue them. But I don't know exactly what interventions the carer rendered. So that leaves me in a difficult position.

Thanks that is a good point. Normally these interventions would be identified in the person's support plan, however your point does emphasise that not everyone might actually know that.

What do you offer then? I do not see you writing an intervention MrDWH. It would be nice for you to write some of your own interventions for us readers to learn from thank you.
