I thought I couldn't take any more so on my 27th night of going AF I had a stroll to the corner shop intending to buy to buy 6 cans of strong cheep cider , half way down the road I pulled out my phone to listen to this video via my headphones. I walked out the shop with 4 small bottles of Heineken zero zero. I think the Kevsters videos should be prescribed on the NHS for anyone trying to quit the poison .Walking down the road of Sobriety isn't an easy path to follow but hoping to do a month.

The daily videos are such an important tool in keeping people from drinking. Some days when I have accepted that I will have a drink I watch one of Kevin’s videos and after a few mins in I know I then will not drink. There is a major positive ripple effect from Kevin’s videos not only is Kevin making people make sensible choices by not drinking and becoming healthier he is also making people better parents, better people, better friends, better employees etc. it’s a hugely important powerful message he carries. I can’t thank him enough I am grateful for how he has changed my life, I could write a book on the improvements I have experienced.

You're doing something very important, thanks for this. Just, please mind that sometimes the volume output is a bit on the low side. No big deal I suppose, just wanted to mention it. Apart from that, keep up the good work!

I also find the audio output to be in the low side. Fantastic content all the same Kevin. Fair play to you

Another great video. Everything resonated with me, especially the low mood reference. I realised my own low mood is lifting, and I get little bursts of feeling positive at times as the days grow on this new journey . Thank you. 😀

My sleep has gotten AWESOME since I quit. The hardest time is the weekend when I am grilling out, but I am making it though that.

It’s true, when you are grilling and that was beer thirty you might look around and miss your cold one, but that is simply from habit. That can challenge you a bit, but it’s ok. Grilling abd everything else is just as fun

When I was drinking Grilling was just a excuse to drink more and didnt enjoy the food because if I ate I would get bloated and not be able to continue to drink, so I would chose beer over food 😫. Now I love to grill and really enjoy my food eating at peace with my Family! 😊
